Everyone was helpful and had the knowledge to take care of why I came in. I highly recommend this location.

Anytime I had a problem with an AT&T software issue are connectivity, I normally find out it is my fault or a software update from Samsung. Pretty good people, even though I purchased the phone elsewhere.
I purchased an AT&T Samsung v 13 at Walmart and added to my account no extra charges. They were happy to help and the phone was only $69.00 .

I had put off getting a new phone because I dread the process and time it takes. Michael Jones made my experience a painless one!!! I would recommend using this AT&T store and ask for Michael! He was awesome-so friendly, helpful and patient!!

These are the some of the most helpful, nicest, most genuine AT&T employees there are! This should, hands down, be the #1 store in the Metro East/St. Louis area. If they don’t know the answer, they will find it out for you. If you’re paying too much, they will work with you to lower your bill. If they can’t help you, they will find someone who can and sit with you while that new person helps you. They are are 1000% the absolute very best.

The manager Todd is so helpful! He is very knowledgeable and eager to set you up with the best phone and plan to meet your needs. He is very patient and kind to everyone that comes through the door. He goes above and beyond to help people!

Went in thinking of changing our cell phone plan. Left with 4 New Phones and a great new plan. Ashley the manager was Very knowledgeable of all the phones and different plans. I'm a little late posting this but I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the employees of this store especially Brent. I was in there about a week ago wanting to change phones from my 5s active to my 7s active. Brent spent so much time and went above and beyond to help me switch things over. Never once acted like he was annoyed or didn't want to help. Very good mood and cracked jokes with me the entire time, which was probably close to 2 hrs. Did I mention this was close to closing time? I have told so many people about Brent and will continue too. I will for sure go back when I need help in the future. Again, all 3 employees were very nice and knowledgeable and should be commended for it.
