Ronne's on Market Street

Ronne continues after at least three decades in retail to be personable, funny, direct, and right on in her taste, only now with an upscale clothing shop she makes women beautiful. In the old days she made our homes interesting and well appointed.

Addendum: I have known Ronne since 1994, patronized both shops she has owned and none of the comments in the last few months describe my experience or my knowledge of her, nor is she 'a drunk', having had the opportunity to spend a lovely birthday dinner and many hours in the shop(s) with her. Had there not been so many I would think these purposeful slander, competitive **HS**. I will agree she is all about the business and she does negotiate, usually winning her higher bid!

Ronnie was very kind to me when I had bought a shirt from her and shortly thereafter was in the Napa fires and lost it. She replaced it for me!

Wide range of styles with a very helpful owner

Great store

Absolutely the most rude owner I’ve ever met. I walked into the store with a group of friends and she blatantly called all of our outfits ugly and atrocious and would not stop talking about it. She continued on saying things like “that is just not cute” “do your parents really let you go out like that” and more. It was the most awkward experience of my life. I wish I could give zero stars… also her outfit was ugly too.

The owner was rude beyond words. I went to purchase a dress that had been marked down to 65$, the owner proceeded to say their must have been a mistake and said she would take 75$ for the dress. She was rude from the start so that was icing on the cake. The store is messy and cluttered. I would have given this review zero stars if I could.

Rude doesn't begin to cover it. I was in the store for 5 or 6 minutes not knowing where anyone was and then she comes up front and accuses me of messing up her table of jeans when I looked for my size. This is without question the messiest store you'll ever go in and I didn't disturb anything when I looked for my size. I'm not sure how she stay's open because this seems to be how everyone is treated.

It was like shopping with Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. The first day she was willing to help. We went back at a later date and she almost threw us out of the store, turning lights off because she was ready to go home and it wasn’t closing time. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Obviously, she doesn’t understand good customer service.

If someone can help us get paid please- this store has not paid for $10,000 worth of merchandise. We have been patient and understanding for over a year but see this is their history. Their store is full of stolen merchandise from small business owners. We hope someone in st simons can help.

The owner was very rude and obviously has no customer service skills! She is most happy to tell you ITS HER STORE AND YOU BETTER DO WHAT SHE SAYS! I couldn’t leave quickly enough. My advise...stay away!

When you walk in you see beautiful items and think “store” but the drunk owner slurring her words and making fun of people with disabilities makes you think “disgusting bar”. 100% don’t shop here
