White House Black Market

This is the second time I've been to this White House Black Market clothing store located in Gainesville, Virginia. This experience was much better than the last, and I received excellent service.

Last time, I received service from an older lady who acted very begrudgingly to help me and had a poor attitude. She is still at this location.

The experience this time was completely the opposite. I was met by a younger woman who was very professional and eager to help me try on a few outfits. I absolutely love the fit and feel of the clothes that I tried on and ended up purchasing them. This last experience has definitely changed my mind on the White House Black Market clothing store at this location. Thank you Sarah.

Always a nice experience when walking into this store. Associates are welcoming and helpful when checking for extra sizing in the back. The new collection that seems to be inspired by the ocean is a must see for everyone. It just makes me happy looking at the clothes, such a great color choice for this collection!

I love the service and quality clothing that I find here. The sale items make it all affordable and the sales clerk named Andrew is able to find things like nobody else could! The dressing rooms are pleasant and comfortable too. Some of the staff seems undertrained but the quality of the products sold makes up for any lack of courtesy I have experienced there.
