Best Buy

I purchased a very large television and the Best Buy team without having to ask just told me they would have their staff members bring out my product to my vehicle. Two staff members bought the television to my vehicle and it was definitely heavy but they successfully got it in the back of my truck bed without damaging the product. This was not my first time shopping at this specific Best Buy location and definitely will not be my last. All staff members were very polite and I’m disappointed I didn’t have any cash on me that day. This location does usually have a Prince William County Police Officer at this location standing by the front doors and the officer does make the experience better by making all feel welcome and safe.

Let me start this by saying Scottie was the most helpful employee ever. He was able to answer ever question I had and was more than willing to help me with purchasing a system suitable for what I need. He was also extremely kind and he is the type of employee that gives Best Buy a good name!

This place is amazing! Extremely helpful staff, very attractive look and feel, and the customer service is phenomenal. I had an online order and it was ready and accurate when I got there. It's really just that simple. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 5 starts easy!

I went to Best Buy earlier today to buy a new fridge. I was greeted by a respectful young man named Scottie. He was very helpful, helping me to find a new fridge. He took his time without any distractions After spending about 30 minutes, looking I couldn’t find my desire refrigerator in the store .He suggested that we can look at online options. Finally I found the fridge that I needed. I recommend Best Buy and give Scotty five star For being extremely helpful .I appreciate him for his Excellent customer Service.

I was greeted as soon I walked in. Then, I proceeded to the iPhone area and met Scottie. He was very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well staffed. Will be happy to buy my electronics here.

Went here to pick up a set of headphones for my mother's work meetings after Walmart failed. Found a set better than what I intended to get for only $30 more. Mom was extremely pleased with the dual noise canceling microphone (which worked amazing, Logitech Zone 750).

My fiancée and I recently went to Best Buy to buy an Apple Watch for myself. Jacob was so helpful and friendly, and we decided that we would go back later that day to buy a second one for my fiancée. He was super informative of all the benefits and coverage that were available to us at the time of purchase. We were thankful for his help, and would highly recommend shopping here!

Bilal is an amazing sales person and really puts himself in the customers shoes when helping them. I am 100% against Credit cards, but he shared with me the benefits of there interest free financing for 12 months on my brand new laptop and rewards program that it comes with everytime I come here. I shop at Best Buy often, but never have I been convinced to get a credit card with them before. World class salesmanship! Thank you Bilal!
