McDonald's

This McDonald's is a cut above. I frequently stop by here for breakfast, and the food is always brought out hot and quickly. The workers have always been polite to me. I frequently order ice cream here and have never been told that their ice cream machine is broken. My orders always arrive correctly; I've never had anything missing from the bag. The management and employees seem to care about the customer experience.

This place is different. Super friendly staff and an efficient ordering and servicing system with an employee working the lobby to ensure you can order at the kiosk or even get extra condiments after you receive your order. I rarely dine in at a McDonalds but this was a pleasant experience. Kudos to the management here and thank you for getting my grandson that Happy Meal toy he wanted. This location should serve as model for others. Oh yeah and the fries were hot, fresh and fried to perfection!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting a McDonald's location recently and was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. The staff at this particular establishment were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. It was especially heartwarming to see the dedication of the employees, who were working tirelessly to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

What caught my attention was the charming retro look of the restaurant, which added a unique touch to the dining environment. Beyond the aesthetics, the service was top-notch, and the food was just what I expected from McDonald's – delicious and satisfying.

One aspect that stood out to me was knowing that my sister worked at this location. It was clear that the team worked well together, creating an atmosphere that was not only welcoming but also a testament to their strong camaraderie.

In all, my visit to this McDonald's left me with a positive impression of a well-managed and hardworking team, delicious food, and a hint of nostalgia from the retro design. I would happily return to this location and recommend it to others looking for a great fast food experience.

Hands down the most pleasant McDonalds I've ever been to. I go here very regularly and have always been happy. I've only gone through the drive thru but the person taking my order is always super friendly and my order is always correct. Food is always good as well. My only issue is ever with the pies as they are usually either over cooked or have sat under the heat lamp too long and end up dried out.

Staff was helpful to myself and others and extremely polite. My mother, age 85, always requests fresh coffee at McDonald's and she CAN tell the difference. My request was met with a smile and she checked back with me to make sure I knew she made it for me! ☺ I wish I had gotten her name! Thank you for super service!

I was expecting the standard McDonald's: passable service, greasy food, long wait in the drive thru, etc. But I was actually really surprised: all of the burgers we ordered were fresh and juicy (not greasy at all), the fries were just right (crispy, warm, just enough salt), and service was really quick. Absolutely on point! This is what I would consider a McDonald's to aim for.

I’m giving it 5 stars because BRADY in the second window on Thursday around 7:00pm I went to the drive through he was so polite and respectful and also amazingly patient. He gave me everything in order so it was not rushed. He greeted us with confidence. McDonald’s needs more people like this and I hope he becomes something more than what he is now to inspire drive through employees to be confortable with all customers they see every day. Brady made my family’s day and the confidence to eat a well meal/dinner. Thank you Brady, hope to see him become a manager because some managers don’t have the energy to welcome the customers like he did.

This McDonald's changed the my expectation of McDonald's.
wherever, I visit other place for vacation or work, I feel like they don't know what they are doing. However, staff in Haymarket branch, they are super fast and nice. In addition, if they made customers wait too long, they offer the coupons so that customers never get mad at. Well trained staff. Highly recommended.

I used curbside pick up because I'm lazy. I Made a mistake & they had no problem fixing my mistake ( I don't know the difference between a McFrappe, Mclatte or a McCafe) , and they fixed it w a smile on her face. Thanks McDees!

I don't do McDonald's except for your basic egg or egg and cheese biscuit.... is what it is ya know and bad for you but ya know that goin in, but friendly staff make this worth the occasional stop.

I got here at 1259am, by 0100am they had my food ready, the lady was so sweet! I asked if i could park for a bit ao i can eat my food, and she said no problem at all. I am truly satisfied with every service i received from here. Thank you so much.

It was absolutley amazing the food is obviusly the best in the fast food industry.

This location has Greatly Improved over the course of the last year or so. When this location first opened up it was a complete chaotic mess, they were having trouble finding good people. .. Now, the morning staff is all good hard working people who know what they're doing, they work as a team, and they got that rythem (like a well oiled machine running smooth on all cylinders). It's a Pleasure to eat breakfast here. .. Now the evening staff?, I don't know much about. Except at the drive-thru they got some goofy-ass rude derelicts (punkee-punksters); ..Why?! I don't know.?

Managers are degrading to the employees,they were rude to the special needs boy that was working there he took my order just fine.. who ever is the main manager there she needs to be fired just a rude lady. Everybody very helpful

The service was good. Only down fall is the the drive thru speaker. You can't understand the server because it's so bad .

My one friend Mustafa (btw number 1 customer) he ate the whole store even a 2 year old girl there and he took a massave dumpy in the bathroom and clogged the toilet so the manager cleaned it and she was so nice!!!

One of the best McDonalds I've ever been to. Food and service was spectacular!

We come here if we want mcdonalds. Not the warrenton one or the Gainesville one. This one doesnt get our orders wrong and are always friendly. We can be difficult customers for fast food since around here they have a hard time doing their job. ..but this place doesnt give us a reason to complain so we come back.
