My wife and I purchased a Glock 40 handgun from this location so we went to check their inventory. The gun that we wanted was in stock so we purchased it for a VERY reasonable price ($790.00). I would recommend giving them a shot, no pun intended. Lol

This was my first time bursitis the actual store. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for (the battery operated liquid transfer) but I half expected them to be sold out. With lots of people not having electric and running generators from the storm the other night. The 2 fellas working were very nice n ready to help. I didn't look at everything but there was a great selection on tools both electric and non. Next time I need something in absolutely going there

My experience at this store was incredible. The Manager was a tremendous help with my 44" toolbox purchase. She assisted me in loading it without hesitation. She was very safety oriented in doing it as well. I will drive to this HF from Columbus anytime I need to make a purchase.

I travel at work as a superintendent in the building industry traveling Coast to Coast every Harbor Freight that I have walked into they're about the same friendly people in a lot of things in there to buy for any mechanical carpentry anything you can think of their hands down my favorite store for working

I have used harbor freight for years for odds and ends stuff like drill bits and sand paper. When I moved here from another state I was glad to find that there was still one of these stores near by. The people have been awesome everytime I go in so far. I will probably use them for all the little odds and ends just because they are affordable and most of the stuff isn't as bad as people say. I did also hear that icon is owned by snap on. Is there any truth to this?

Of course you have to weight what tools you buy, vs competitors. But, the do stand by their warranties, and if you do your research, you can get great, longer lasting tools, with a great warranty. Some tools it is better to spend some more money elsewhere, but this is always my option for hand tools, cheaper vehicle testing kits, any and all air tools, spray guns, air lines, etc.

Has one of the biggest selections of battery operated hand tools power tools and one of the widest selections of tools in general and they are all added an affordable low cost rate that that almost anyone can afford and they have a great loyalty rewards program and always have good deals and coupons you just never know what's next

Love Harbor Freight. Good tools at a reasonable price. Are they Snap-on, no but I don't need a payment plan either to buy stuff. Staff friendly, well maintained store.

Lorein was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We will definitely continue to give this location our business and would recommend it to anyone else as well.

The past few times I’ve been to chillicothe Harbor freight Lorein has helped me and she has always found a way the save me money and work with me in every way possible. She even went out of her way to not only load a tool box into the bed of my truck but strapped it down. I know I have nothing to worry about when she is helping me. I’ve never seen anyone else care so much about their customers as much at lorein.
