Bought our first camper at Zoomers Rv and all I can say is… holy cow! The staff is just excellent - so friendly and welcoming! Ralph did our walk through and training of how to use everything. He was so great! Ralph is very nice and knowledgeable!! He gave us many tips we will use in the future! I was very impressed. Tara was our sales person, she treated us with kindness and honesty through the whole process! Definitely recommend Zoomers! Won’t go anywhere else! 100/10 recommend!

We bought and picked up a new 2023 Winnebago Micro Minnie travel trailer model # 2108TB from Zoomers RV in Ina, Illinois today. We were especially impressed by Ralph who did the walk through inspection with us. He was courteous, thorough and very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. He took his time in showing us how all the different aspects of the trailer worked. He is obviously a man who takes a lot of pride in his work. All the people we met at Zoomers RV in Ina, Illinois were very professional and polite.

Had a great experience at Zoomers from start to finish. Emailing and meeting with my sales guy David was super easy and he was able to get us down the road in our new to us RV. The gentleman named Ralph in the shop was awesome. He was very informative and helpful. Everybody there had smiles and were very nice. Highly recommend!

I was in need of a new awning for our camper. I stopped by Zoomers in Ina Illinois and they were very helpful in showing me what I needed and gave me a price quote. It was ordered and then when the parts arrived a date was set for the installation. Today I dropped my camper off and their service department installed the new canopy. It was completed in a short time and it looks and works great. Well pleased with their friendly caring and service.

I had to have some warranty work completed on my Surveyor Legend. The Service Department (and Theresa) was great to work with- She worked with me on a date, and they were able to fix a leak in the shower and quickly get the camper back to me before a scheduled camping trip. It’s hard to find a Service Department like the one at Zoomers. Thanks for your help and service!

Even with the shipping to get the camper delivered 500 miles away they saved me THOUSANDS!! This was the easiest transaction I have done. A few phone calls and paper work to sign online and FedExed. A few days later the camper was delivered. If you don't check this place out it will cost you money!! Also David Jackson was great to work with. He answered all the questions and very helpful.

Listen, if you want to just look and dream about RV's, stay away from them or their website because they WILL make deals happen.
Friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy... they are a delight.

I purchased a 2018 Jay- Flight travel trailer and it was exactly as advertised. They inspect them thoroughly before sale and go over every nook and cranny until you are satisfied. No haggling and no surprise fees, plus they work well with your lender.

We took our camper to zoomers and were very impressed with the customer service both at drop off and at pick up. Theresa did a walk around our camper both times to ensure it was not damaged while in their care. Theresa went over our bill in detail… line item by line item and explained what was done. We are very impressed with their care. We will be back!!

My husband and I had been looking for a fifth wheel for almost a year, and we found what we wanted at Zoomers RV in Ina, Illinois. I was dreading calling them because I didn’t want to deal with another know-it-all, high pressure salesperson. Dave was wonderful. He answered all of our questions and called the factory representative when he didn’t know the answer. The amazing thing was that he did not pressure us at all. He answered our questions, let us look at the camper we were interested in, and told us to let him know if we needed anything. In fact, we said that he isn’t really a salesman, he’s just there for information.

We bought the unit we wanted and went to pick it up. We’ve had campers for decades, but we’ve never had a fifth wheel. There was also new technology that we were unfamiliar with. Needless to say, we had several questions. Steve in the service department was fantastic. He took all of the time we needed and answered every question we had. I don’t know how much he’s being paid, but I guarantee you it’s not enough. The walkthrough is like none we’ve ever had, and we looked over the unit with a fine toothed comb. After our last experience buying a camper at a different dealership, we weren’t going to leave without checking everything and having any repairs done before we took possession. We found one, minor issue, and Steve apologized and immediately repaired it. This man is amazing. His knowledge and skill were evident. He is truly an asset to this company. If his bosses are smart, they will do whatever it takes to keep him in their employment.

I’m not easily impressed, but Zoomers RV in Ina, Illinois is impressive. Everyone from the person who answered the phone, to the sales, parts, and service departments are polite and professional. I highly recommend going to Zoomers for your next camper purchase, even if you have to travel a long distance to get there.

Zoomer’s of southern Illinois service team was amazing! We had our A/C quit on our travel trailer 4 days before a 2 week 3500 mile trip out west. They were able to get us in the next day. They had it repaired in a couple of hours and I was back home with it the same day!

I want to shout out to the zoomers team in Ina il.we just bought a new Arcadia. They treated us like family ! Ralph in the service department was awsome with our walk thru ! Our sales team was friendly and very helpful ! Thank you zoomers for making our dreams come true ! We love our new camper !!!

We said we weren’t going to do it but we did! Instantly fell in love with this 5th wheel and I can’t say enough good things about #ZoomersRV (Ina, IL)! From our casual browsing, to our gazillion questions, our walk through and hook up to bring her home …. Very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, super easy to work with, top notch customer service. When I say they go above and beyond for their customers, I’m not exaggerating. While on our way to Rend Lake we stopped at Zoomers having issues with batteries not charging, slides and jacks slow, low voltage even hooked up to 50 Amp and truck. The shop was about to close John, Travis and Jay came out and knew what the problem was the power 2nd disconnect key had came out.

I recently traveled from California to buy a trailer from Zoomers in Ina IL. After finding the trailer I was looking for online, the closest/best price was at Zoomers. Kristy Fletcher was very helpful in clarifying information about the trailer and helping me coordinate an inspection. I then drove to Ina to take a final look. Fortunately the trailer was well represented and I completed the purchase and towed it home. Many thanks to Kristy, as well as Dave, Jacob and Ralph in Ina for all of their help in making this a positive experience.

Bought an amazing camper from Zoomers in Ina. My 4th camper but the best one yet. Rain came through and tore up my canopy. I called Teresa in Service and got techs there within a couple hours (Travis and Johnny). They were amazing and saved the day. Jay and John in Service and Parts got on ordering me the parts needed within an hour. Needless to say Zoomers Sales, Service and Parts is the best experience I have ever had. They truly care about a fair deal and helping people. Sounds like a commercial but it isn't...they really are awesome.

The service department is wonderful. They got us in for a repair on the same day I called. They were knowledgeable about our Newmar slide, handled our extended warranty answered our questions. And everyone was pleasant and friendly. We will be taking our RV here for all future repairs.

We were on a trip and heard usual rattling on top of our coach. We searched for RV repair and found Zoomers close to our location. It was at 3:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon and Zoomers stayed late that afternoon to get us back on the road. They were very accommodating and helpful.
