My fiance and I went in looking to switch to the same plan and with the help of Logan, we were able to do so. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about everything and explained the entire process as we went. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process so easy and fast. There even came a moment where an upset patient came in (while we were waiting for data to transfer) and he handled the entire situation in the most professional way possible. We are very pleased with the great service Logan provided!

I stopped at the Verona location with my boyfriend today with the intent to add him to my current phone plan. Our consultant, Logan was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable about everything. We ended up walking out with 2 new phones in hand and a better phone plan. Logan was working by himself and training 2 new associates at the time we walked in and maintained great service while juggling so many different tasks. We are extremely happy with our new phones and with Logan’s service!

Absolutely amazing experience! Logan was super helpful with getting my mom a new phone and helping her cut her monthly plan cost in half. He outlined all of her options and talked us through all of them. By far the best experience we’ve had with any cellular provider!

Logan was knowledgeable and professional! He found a plan that would work best for me, was able to get the iPhone in the color I wanted, kept me updated on when it would arrive, and made sure I had the accessories I needed before leaving the store. He was extremely helpful!

Logan was super helpful in helping me and my family switch over to US Cellular. He was very knowledgeable about each plan and laid everything out so we understood was we were getting and paying for. We came to this specific store because of the high reviews of good customer service. It's a bit out of our way, but worth the drive.

I was recently at US Cellular in Verona to change my service and check out what they had to offer. Logan assisted me with all my questions. He was exceptionally patient and professional. I am really glad I stopped in and am very happy with Logan's assistance. I highly recommend Logan if you have questions about changing your provider.

Quinn got me setup quickly and efficiently! I had first stop at the Fitchburg location and the two employees working did not acknowledge me and after waiting for 10 minutes I left. So glad I stop at the Verona location! Great customer service!

I spoke with Logan on February 3,2024 about different plans from US Cellular. Logan was able to help me and save me money even though my original plan was from a different location. He went over and above any of the customer service that I had previously gotten and saved me from looking at a different cell service company . It pays to ask for Logan if you are looking to update your service.

Jose was absolutely amazing. We had some difficulty getting our son's new watch set up, and Jose patiently took the time to try to figure out a way to make it work. When it still wouldn't, he promised to do some research and meet us again the following day to try again. In the end, it was a success! He could have given up, but he just kept at it, and we are so grateful!

Lisa Bernstein was at the Verona office to help. She is beyond any CS person I've ever encountered. Extremely helpful - charming - informative. I hope she is recognized for her knowledge and abilities. She's a star employee. Appreciate her. I do.

Ben H did an outstanding job of recommending the best time to purchase an iPhone 14 and add a new line, as well as explaining all of the features of the iPhone 14, the insurance, the new phone pay off, and the billing plan with two lines now. Also, how to keep our same phone numbers.

Suggestion; store is getting much busier, would benefit from extended hours, especially on Sunday and more staff in general. It’s frustrating to wait more than 15 minutes and often times difficult to make an appointment because only one person is on duty.

Customer service was fabulous, I lost my phone while I was in Vegas came into the Verona us cellular and Logan helped me get a brand new S24 and helped me restore data from my lost phone!!!!
