I am from Parma, OH (near Cleveland) and needed flowers for a funeral service that was taking place in a few hours. Mary in the floral department was SO friendly and accommodating. I felt quite helpless being 3 hours away and Mary set my mind at ease that my flowers would arrive on time and be beautiful. Thank you Mary. You’re the BEST!!!!!🩷

Kroger is always a great place to shop. Mostly every need is there. The revamped Marketplace is always a great experience and in my eyes one of the best remodels of a big chain store I've come across. The improvements seem to really enhance the Krogering experience for me and I'm certainly sure for others as well. Great job Kroger!!

I've been shopping here for years, and everyone working there is very helpful with anything you might have an issue with. Steve at the self checkout is a great guy that always makes sure you're able to get your items scanned and bagged. The deli always has great prices on their "mistake" or refused orders, so if you are after a quick bag of roast beef or some sliced cheese, head to the counter and look at the display in front of it. The vegetables are always fresh and rotated, and the folks in that section always make sure they aren't blocking you while you look. My favorite Greek olives are always in stock, and they have a great selection of Better than Boullion!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Employees are always nice and very helpful. If something is not on shelf they check to see if they have it in back and go get it. After recent surgery they unloaded my cart, bagged my groceries and put them in my car. Never have a bad experience.

Helpful staff. Clean. All our favs are always in stock. Pharmacy has always been very helpful and patient. The florist always have a great display. The team at this Starbucks location is always on point.

We have a big freezer and it's nice to go shopping just every now and then get a bunch of meat on sale love it and the Healthy Choice dinners thanks and of course we got our salad and fruits

The employees know nothing they're hard to find and when you find one they're rude and unhelpful. They're continually out of sale items on the first day of the sale. I continually find expired products on the shelf that are expired for over a year."

The management, department heads, and employees are the most helpful, courteous people. The Pharmacy manager Josh is very knowledgable and watches that all RXs are handled with excellent patient care.

Best Kroger in town. They have a huge variety of specialty foods, homemade breads and beers. The staff are incredible. My only wish, that they had a meat counter.
