This store is my pharmacy and is pretty good for shopping for other things you might need

Always has what I need znd is always nice to help me when I need it. The manager is great.

Pharmacy employees are helpful and friendly.

I don't know what is wrong with this pharmacy but every prescription I have filled is always always either out of stock completely or they only have partial available.
Most customers don't like making multiple trips to the pharmacy for the same prescription.
The general store is okay and the employees are friendly but the pharmacy needs to up their game before we start going elsewhere.
It's not one or two medications we're talking about... we're taking about multiple multiple scripts.

Pharmacy seemed frustrated I asked for help in the OTC section. I described my family members symptoms where the pharmacy staff member looked at me like I was mutant. Her response was what part of those symptoms do you want suggestions for?... Um all of them. She then rolled her eyes. The only reason I didn't rate them as a single star is the front in staff was very kind and helpful.

The people were friendly they just really didn't know what they was doing.

I have had multiple problems out of this pharmacy after they screwed up a prescription by continuing to repeatedly put it in for the wrong amount and wrong amount of days. Then when I went back didn’t inform me they were changing manufacturers for my meds. I should’ve been given a choice. Instead I get all the way home to find out. Won’t be going back.

The majority of the staff at the Western Ave location rarely wear their masks properly. In the last five trips I have taken here, the cashier has worn a mask properly once. If it isn't being worn properly, there is no point.

What an insult to the healthcare providers in the area, and the pharmacy staff at their breaking point in the back.

I have been going here off and on and had no issues,that is until I went to pick up a prescription for my friend yesterday. I knew her name,bday,all her info bc she had given it to me obviously.. I also had her message on my phone requesting me to get it bc she has no car and lives in massieville. They refused to give it to me. Then she called them and they said they would not again bc she would have to physically be in the car with me!? Said that it may have been a imposter on the phone and that there are ways to manipulate the phone text she had sent me with permission. Here's the big thing,some someone was able to go through the drive thru,showed nothing,a and was given my medicine,the same mediation,to them w no problem or issiis! They said that their policy is under the disgression of the pharmacist,who was off and there was one there that usually isn't. This is another example of the pharmacy being judgemental . They can't do this,there needs to be a direct policy and procedure. I'm contacting everyone above them.Thanks for your time. If u understand and agree, please leave a review.
