i know you think this is too big to review but i had a very interpersonal experience. I was buying ferns that were in front other things inside the gentleman stopped to ask if i needed help like really asked not fake. Inside i was asked a few times if i needed help and the cashier was super sweet, pinch me but I like it. Smiles everywhere here.

I like Walmart they have deals sometimes

The manager lifted the overnight camping rules for the Eclipse.
Parking lot was packed with the usual dregs of society.
Most of which left trash behind and one Mentally Challenged individual started up a fire pit in the grass next to the parking lot.

Nice employees, clean store and not crowded all the time.

There are two specific supervisors/service desk associates that I have had bad experiences with. I have seen one of them degrading and yelling at subordinates and in general. It is very uncomfortable.

I have also witnessed the other person having uncomfortable conversations with subordinates. I have had a problem using a One Card and loading money where this worker just shot out their hand and wouldn't speak. The system kept throwing an error and the worker didn't seem interested in figuring it out. I Googled it and realized they were entering it as a withdrawal (by looking at the error code) and had to explain all of that as I walked back. But as I came back, they saw me and kind of rolled their eyes and told another employee to deal with me as if I was difficult. The person who helped me was very nice and it took less than 2 minutes.

It is frustrating that things have to take so long because people refuse to communicate.

I have also had issues with the late night Pick Up crew leaving 15-20 minutes early. Otherwise, the Pick Up Crew is pretty amazing. I wish they would use less bags, though. Sometimes it is comical...

Poor Management and rude employees

No cashiers to check out handicapped people. The one open lane with a cashier was backed up 4 deep. It took longer to check out than it did to shop. Wal-mart no longer cares about customer service.
