They did an excellent repair and delivered on everything they said they would do. It took them longer than expected due to obtaining the correct parts but that was out of there control. Thanks Bassetts. My lawn never looked better.

If there were 10 stars I would rate the 10! A FANTASTIC job of repairing my Ridged 13" planer. I don't ever remember my planer running so smoothly! For some of my projects I glue a 1 x 8 with a 1 x 6. Then have to plane them as it almost impossible to glue them eve.. So I run these 12 3/4" boards through my planner. It ran so smoothly that I didn't even have to sand them when I was finished plannng. I Sure am glad Home Depot gave their repair work in this area to them. A little bit of a drive but WELL WORK IT!

We have used them for repairs from anything from Ridgid power tools to pressure washers and always had good experiences. The few times an issue arised the lady worked with us to get them settled. Probably have had at least 10 or more repairs. Will continue to use them in the future and recommend them.
