I'm at 411 Vapors once or twice a week, usually dropping by on my way home from work once or twice a week. Despite visiting near closing time, the staff never rushes me out and always helps me find exactly what I need. They have an impressive knowledge of the products they carry, which is a big plus. Overall, a great experience every time I visit.

Blake is wonderful! Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. I was never pushed into buying things I didn't need, the establishment is very clean and welcoming. This was the first time visiting 411 Vape Center and it will not be the last. Highly recommend it!

Staff is sweet and knowledgeable. We stopped in for the first time trying to find some new juices to try since we recently moved to the area. The recommended juices were great, and prices are fair. Definitely recommend!

The people at this place are awesome. I live nearby and every time I make a trip to buy juice they are super friendly and very helpful. Always love chatting with them. They have a good selection and will help as much as they can to narrow your choices down if you are looking for something specific.

Great place have been going there for years. They have been like a second family to me four years even before I went to the army. Love them guys to death. Highly recommend this store if you want knowledgeable, affordable, and the best southern hospitality and good people.

Went here after evacuating Florida for Irma. The associate that helped me was amazing. Super polite and friendly. They had great products at great prices and she even gave me a tremendous discount. Thanks 411 vapor for making my stay here more comfortable!

THE best vape shop!! The owners are wonderful, kind women who obviously take pride in their business , the staff are friendly and helpful, and even decipher language like, " the one that has the thingy" when you have no clue what to tell them you need and if you don't see what you're looking for just ask!! The house juices are a mix of magic and quality is no question!! If excellent customer service, friendly faces, and kind souls are your thing, then THESE ARE YOUR PEOPLE!!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not try to push higher prices items, or anything I didn't need. Took time to explain different options. Great place to stop if your a newb to vaping or experienced.

I drive the extra 15 minutes to go here. The ladies that run this place are the best in the biz, they make 100 different juices in house and have all the big brands. 2 years smoke free because of 411 Vape!

Ryan is the man to talk to about all things vape. Guy is a legend and can assist with darn near any issue you could present him. Can't forget how welcoming and kind Deb and Karen are either. Wonderful people!

They checked my I.D. which is great because a few places look away. You can try flavors and create your own. Great selection of different juices and vapes. Definitely the only place for me 😊 and their dogs are pretty great too

The best vape shop in town! They really treat their customers right. I'm afraid to go inside because of Civic 19. I call them when I get there and they come out to my car and take my order. They really do care about their customers well being!
