DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

This store is so big with so many options to choose from! I’ve been going here, mostly, for my shoe needs and typically find what I’m looking for pretty quickly. The shoes are organized by type and then style, rows and rows to look through. There’s a fairly decent clearance section in the back, but they don’t usually have my size back there since I wear a small size 6. You can find shoe accessories, like socks and padded insoles, here, as well as other related accessories, such as handbags and belts. I’ve only had to wait in line five or so minutes at times and usually experience quick service when checking out. In my experience, the cashiers provide excellent customer service and let you know about BOGO deals you may have missed.

You can find a very large parking lot here that’s shared among several businesses, but which usually has spaces available, sometimes in the very back. You can access the parking lot from both Rt. 7 and Gosnell Rd. If you’re coming by metro, this store is conveniently located near Greensboro metro station along the Silver Line.

Me and my friend this is one of our favorite stores to go to we were at t.j. Maxx waiting on another friend that was at the doctors and we decided to go in here Knowing damn well that we were going to end up being there for at least an hour or two which was exactly correct between all of the new shoes and releases and all of their sales reps all the way in the back of the store that's how long it usually takes I tried on probably 30 pairs of shoes that day and ended up buying a pair of Adidas flip flops still one of our favorites and will always continue to go

I buy all my shoes from here. this store is not as big as other locations but still has many many shoes and if you could not find your desired size you can ask the sales person to order it for you online. also, if you become a member here, they send $10 reward card for holidays, your birthday and every time you spend $150. I see everyone complained about the costumer service not being good here but honestly, I never felt a need for a customer service at DSW. everything is clear about sizing and availability. you can go around, take your time, find the best style and fit without someone following you and ask you constantly if you are finding everything alright.

Great store to find shoes for many different occasions for your entire family. This one is well situated close to tysons corner. Prices are really good and you can save even more if you download their mobile app. You earn rewards pretty quickly with your purchases and they have many promotions that make an even better deal. Order on the app and pick up at the store is availbe and super convenient.

Staff is awesome. Went in, staff helped me select what I wanted, went to checkout and the total came out to about 300 dollars. Staff checking me out let me know there was a coupon available giving me 50 dollars off. Does not get any better than that.

I usually check this store and the one in fairlakes when looking what's trading on the shoes field. This time looking for nice walking shoes. I was able to find it!

Excellent selection. I visited at a time that wasn't very busy, and there was only one cashier working, but he was very efficient and friendly.

If you want discounted shoes that aren't this year's model- this is the best store. This ain't footlocker or Macy's- discounted shoes only. So why people complain about service is beyond me.
