We spent very little time shopping for a new Range for our kitchen. I thought I wanted the burners like I always had. No ceramic top. Salesperson explained small button on top of burners to be Sensors. I do not like sensors. Therefore I selected an Amana w/ceramic top. They offered white or black. I selected black. They deliverd same features but white stove.. It was a disappointment and I was going to refuse delivery BUT after I saw it in kitchen loved the white w/silver in my grey kitchen. So clean and fresh.

I'm only mentioning this as it could have been bad for both parties if I had refused delivery. I wouldn' t have the stove I chose and you would have to make another trip to deliver right stove or lose a sale. The salesman was very nice and delivery person too.

Matt was so kind and caring and helped us get an item for the right price and when we found out about the item being broken, I thought I bought a broken item but he quickly got to the point of emailing the warranty company and we got a brand new one that was actually even better then the first one thanks to Matt. I will always go to this specific store of appliance direct for now on. I have bought many things from this company and have never had an issue and Matt made everything smooth and perfect and never ever pushed the issue of buying whatever he had. He is laid back and calm when speaking to him making you super comfortable when purchasing anything and if he doesn't have that perfect one for you then he doesn't get upset. More like he had a nice chat with you and would probably apologize that he didn't have that special fridge or washer you wanted in his store but will be respectful of any decision you choose.

I was there on the same day sometimes crazy lady came in when she beat up her dishwasher when driving it back there and he was trying to calm her down but sadly the cursing and slamming of the door not once bit twice. This place is like a scratch and dent store so please people understand it may be in a box and brand new but may have a tiny little dent that is hidden when putting inside the house and if you lose half of it driving down the road like the dishwasher lady then it will be harder to either return which they have for a full 30 days or the 1 year warranty that comes with your item from day one. If you bring it home and it happens not to work. Give Matt a call or go to the store without the item and talk with him. He will definitely work with you but profanity and crazy Karen's kinda make things hard. Matt treats you the same way you want to be treated. It's a lot of money for an appliance and it can be a simple fix with a return or a call to Matt. I know damn well he will help. Lmao

This was seriously the easiest appliance buying experience that I've ever had. The salesperson was super knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The prices were really great. It got delivered the next day and the men delivering the washer and dryer were very personable and thorough and fast. We are so pleased with appliance direct that we will buy all of our future appliances from them.

I found it quite easy to purchased the washer/dryer set I needed. I was not familiar with the particular model of washer, but it is working extremely well for my needs.
The delivery crew was outstanding in their performance. Although I was their last installation of the day and the house is extremely difficult to access and get into with appliances, the crew was very courtesy and professional.
Should I need any additional appliances this is the store I will use again.

We needed a new dryer quickly, and we had to take our infant to shop with us. It was the easiest, most Pleasant process we dealt with ever buying an appliance. I bought all the appliances in my home from this company. On two separate occasions. Both times I was taken very good care of. If you have a problem this company will respond in a positive direction. The value can't be better.

My wife and I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Appliance Direct in Titusville and we couldn't have been more happy with their service. We got great a scratch and dent special where there were a few very minor dents. The salesman at the store was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Additionally, I would highly recommend using the delivery team that they subcontract to. They delivered on a weekend and were fantastic. They quickly moved and installed our old refrigerator in our garage and installed the new one inside despite having to remove our front door. They were very friendly and even gave us some advice about our home. I highly recommend them.

I’m remodeling my kitchen so when I purchased the appliances I asked if they would be able to hold them for me for a couple of weeks and they said sure no problem. Staff was helpful and friendly. Have previously bough appliances there and will continue to do so.

Excellent service. Mr. Kenneth was very professional and accommodating. That day though, there’s a lot of customers and he is by himself. On a Saturday, you would think he would have a helper. Despite the wait, he still makes a point we’re a happy customer. Bought a washer that day and pick up.

Saw a Whirlpool dryer on sale that was better than anyone else's price. It was the same model I had for the last 20 years so I knew it would last. Called them up and they had it in stock and I picked it up that afternoon. No surprises, brand new in the box for the price that was stated. Worked out great 👍
