They're definitely short-staffed, and the employees always seemed tired when I came. If you've got an appointment, you should be prepared to wait a little while

A bit expensive but sometimes they have good sales. Staff can sometimes take a while getting to the cash register to ring you up since they walk around the store alot. (I once even had a girl who practically took over 3 dollars extra because she didn't know simple math.)

went to the pharmacy department to fill a prescription with my insurance card and was quoted a very high price.they told me if I didnt like it I was to contact my insurance company.I told them I already had and the price was 20 dollars.they told me 348.00.They told me I had the wrong insurance card and it was the wrong number even after I contacted the insurance company and verified everything was correct.If this pharmacist cant put in the right numbers off my insurance card I certainly dont want him filling my prescriptions.He treated me very rudely and I wont go back their again.

I've tried 3 times to reach the pharmacist and have waited 45 minutes on hold. Can't believe the long wait and the voice prompt is horrible. Unfortunately they're the only pharmacy that has the medication I need for covid.

The pharmacy lacks extremely in customer service. I was told my pain medicine would be ready in an hour so I go there 45 minutes later and they tell me it will be ready in two more hours. What a joke. When someone is in pain and needing pain medication you’d think the pharmacy would be on top of it. I am so frustrated about the whole experience and to not even be apologized to while I wait in excruciating pain. A whole group of comedians run this pharmacy as this isn’t the only bad encounter I’ve had here. I know children that could probably run this place better. New management and new pharmacists probably couldn’t even save this dump.

Hours on line don't match hours kept by store or hours on site door. Such an easy fix. If nothing else have those updating product change it. I went to two different CVS stores and went out just for CVS. Both closed. Didn't look at door signage and repeated the same situation the next night. This time I looked and saw it. One of the stores I sat there on my phone and two cars pulled up only to find they were closed. It may mean nothing to you, but consider those that came out tonight. Maybe they had to borrow a car or low on fuel. Maybe it cost them, hurt them to come out depending on you. Such a simple task to change you web site.How long have your stores known & have done nothing to change it? If they have an actual sign made for the door, why can't you match the web site?

What is so hard about posting the correct hours online? This is the second cvs I've been to this morning that says it opens at 7am, only to show up and see a printed piece of paper saying 8am. I've now wasted an hour this morning, so far. Very frustrating
