Kelley's Market

February 12,2024 @1700 hours . There were 4 Latino males waiting to use the restroom and the white male cashier made a statement. He said you would think that these Latino’s don’t have bathrooms my wife had to hear that while paying for her soda . I told her she should’ve left it because any racist statement like that doesn’t need my money.

So, today around 2:20pm on September 19th, 2023 I stopped to get gas on pump one. Now yes I had $20 in change mostly all quarters $3dimes, $2nickels however I had fallen on hard times and had to break the piggy bank. So as I proceeded to tell Tommie the clerk of the gas station twenty on 1, and I have change but it's all counted out and I'll also separate it. He proceeded to tell me he can't take my change. I said why not. He said because I don't need change. I said this is all I have and I'm on E,and why are you being so rude. I said so if I had a $100 you'll go in your vault and give me change rt. So you wanna just give me a $20 bill for my change then or just take the change 🤔. So then Tommie gets upset that I came up with a solution for him to take my change and then say I'll take $18 that's all I'm taking. I said what's $2 more ok Tommie whatever. I said where's your manager. I don't have one. Ok what's the number to corporate? You'll have to look that up. I said so what's your store number, i don't know you'll have to look that up also. I said Tommie you should look for a new job since you don't like helping people. You're rude and you're customer service skills suck. 😒 on my way out the door Tommie mumbled something so I came back in and said I'm sorry what was that. He said call corporate their gonna tell you I don't have to take your change and you need to leave before I kick you out. I said oh trust I will call corporate and how can you kick someone out when they were already leaving smart guy!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at Kelly's market! I'll hate to see how he treats others that's short a penny!

The employee there was very rude. I wont return. I asked if my dr pepper was still 2/$2, he said the 78 cents was tax on $2, like I'm a idiot. I will not return.

wow, so the employee behind the counter, Tony- didnt have a name tag on so I asked his name, said the bathroom was out of order cause people clog it up- hey Mobile how about calling a plumber, every time I stop at this gas station the bathrooms are always out of order- where does Tony pee

This store has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with I arrived at the store with a gas voucher fir kelly market I recieve for service I render and I have used at this location 5 prior times on empty the clerk made no attempt to find out if he could use the voucher and told me simply he would not take it I went to the kellys market on forest hill and had no issue using it store 32 location is truely a horrible service station!
