My husband and I needed a washing machine. A guy by the name of Russ helped us. He was so nice funny great personality. I never thought I'd ever have a good time buying something like that. Thankyou.

Was looking for a specific light which they had stock. Won't use Amazon because they seem to ship the wrong one I ordered.

One of our favorite stores, has everything you need for construction needs/work for indoors and outdoors. Staff is friendly, informative and helpful. I just wanna say thank you to Dave With his instructions I was able to put my Ring doorbell. I highly recommend this store. Dave and Billy are incredible. With their help I was able to assemble by myself the Outdoor garden hose. And Dave was able to explain to me everything how to assemble curtain rods. These guys are amazing They’re so kind and they’re so helpful. They don’t make those guys anymore. Thank you so much for your help. I really recommend this store. The people working there are outstanding.

Very helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

A year since I wrote this review, give or take, and I generally no longer go to Home Depot and Countryside Illinois because it appears multiple staff changes have caused the service in a variety of departments to diminish. They seem to be much more helpful at the local Menards. as long as I go to Home Depot in Countryside Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM I could expect reasonable help with better than average expertise. If I go at other times when I try not to if I go at all the staff working there to be poorly trained, particularly in lumber, plumbing, electricity, gardening, but the checkout is generally quick and easy.

Bought geraniums recently, the employee told me she had bought some for herself as it was priced at an unbelievable cost. She took her time in addressing all my questions. She was fabulous. Wish all employees were the same in helping out customers at Home Depot.

We went to The Home Depot today as we weren't successful at 2 other stores looking for TV stands. When we entered The Home Depot, we were greeted by Dave and we asked him if the store still has fireplace TV stands in inventory. Dave directed us to the correct section and even explained to us the difference in products. The selection was somewhat limited, but there was 1 fireplace TV stand left that was on sale for $199. Since it was the last one, Dave offered to speak with the manager and see if they could offer an additional discount. Sure enough, we received an additional $25 off thanks to Dave's efforts!! Dave is a gem, very knowledgeable, friendly and he goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Thanks Dave and you deserve a raise!! We're also adding a picture of our new product that complements the rest of our furniture.

My husband & I frequent this store often due to my husband purchasing items for work. I would have to say 99% of the staff is very friendly & helpful, except for Daniella who was at the Pro register today (3/16/22 @ 5:50pm). She is the rudest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with there. If you ever go there & she is on a register avoid that one at all costs.

This location is top-notch, always seems to have everything in stock, and the selection seems slightly better than other Home Depots. If you're looking for kitchen cabinets, Nancy is your gal! Extremely patient, helpful, and very good at what she does.

The employees in this store are always extremely helpful. The manager Blake has helped me out a few times when he did not have to. I will definitely keep shopping here for all of the home improvement needs.

We had a plumbing disaster and went to Home Depot twice this week to get supplies. Each time we were helped by friendly plumbing associate Mike. He was so helpful and informative. Usually the associates quickly help you and leave, but he took the time to explain everything. Our problem is solved and we saved hundreds doing it ourselves instead of calling a plumber.

Did you know that Homedepot has a rebate that runs concurrent with Menards 11%sale? Once I new that I could go back to my local home depot to shop! I love the helpful associates and ability to have someone cut something down for me!

Camille at the countryside store was so extremely helpful. I was upset when I was told the stove I order would not be able to deliver for another 3-4 weeks. I spoke with her and she assured me she could get ne a similar stove. We found one and it was delivered within a week! She was so patient and understanding. I would recommend this store, truly great customer service!

We’ve always had a positive experience at this location, but today was exceptional so I finally had to leave a review. The man in kitchen appliances was so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful that I wish I could do all my shopping with someone like him. I hope management reads these reviews, because he’s really great.

Very clean place and staff is always so polite and genuine and honest. I appreciate the honesty when it comes to getting help. If they genuinely don’t know about a product they are honest and go as far as seeing they can figure it out with me vs saying they know a product when they in fact do not. Appreciate the honesty with their employees and will continue coming back.
