This is my favorite place to buy shoes. They have excellent sales and coupons all the time. Especially if you sign up as a rewards member. I like this particular location because they always have a great selection, and the staff has always been very friendly, patient, and helpful. I buy a lot of sneakers here because they are great quality and relatively inexpensive compared to many other places. I would recommend to a friend, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Loved the place! Even have some big enough for the son to try out walking in hills.

I don’t post a lot of reviews but wanted to share an excellent experience where the manager I feel went above and beyond. I purchased multiple pair of shoes and used 2 forms of payment - my bank card and a visa gift card. I had to return a pair, and before we could catch it, the return went back on the gift card, which I wasn’t sure I even had anymore. Multiple employees tried to help, and the manager that day, I believe her name was Tarishyia (forgive me if I misspelled!) said she would email corporate and see if we could get the credit switched to my bank card. Things like this usually get lost in the shuffle, but today I saw where the credit was back in my bank account. Excellent customer service in a time where it’s usually lacking. Thank you DSW!

I stay up in here. Cannot beat rewards and points. Oh, and I have a favorite sales person...Ms. Mattie. I stop by sometimes to just say hi to auntie. A wonderful friendly customer oriented place to shop...selection is fierce, too.

Jesse and her coworker, (didn't get her name member Id number is 440148464119 ) were AMAZING! I called the store and Jessie found EXACTLY what I needed just based off a very brief description. Her CO worker that checked me out did a wonderful job , Made sure both shoes were the same size and and ensured that me signing up for rewards was a quick process. I will definitely be back to this DSW shoe store

My absolute favorite place to shop at Bridge Street. Great selection, space and sales. They have almost every type of ordinary shoe (non-sports) that you could need. Staff is extremely helpful. They no longer give military discounts at that location but it doesn't deter me from shopping there in the slightest.

Always a good experience. Bought two pairs on clearance and ordered a pair at the register. They have a lot to choose from and if they don't have it in the store, they will order it and send it to your house.

Ok so im a little behind schedule to know about this fabulous shoe store.
Im like looking for 1 specific pair of shoes.
And omg i spent $256.09 on 4 pair of the mist comfortable shoes. Yeah my daughter
Thinks im nuts. But who doesn't deserve to wear comfort. Isn't that the xmas spirit.
So come on treat yourself before spending all your money on gifts for others, an you'll likely get none that you really want. And now for the spirit, grab your key's an head on over to DSW AND do your feet a favor.

Great place to find mens and women shoes with the super huge selection. Start at the discount aisles in the back to snag the best bargains. Clean store, friendly staff. Will visit again.

They took time out to order my shoes even tho there were ready to close.

Always find what I'm looking for here and there are almost always good prices or coupons I can use. Probably the only shoe store in town that I go into regularly.

Great boots and shoes but never have my size. Luckily they will order and ship to store free.

The staff is friendly and happy to help you find what you're looking for. However DSW did not have what I seek as I am very particular. They have plenty of shoes.
