Lush Cosmetics Bridge Street

SO excited Lush has opened a store in Huntsville! Grand Opening was today August 6th! If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth a trip. All of their products are amazing! I first got hooked on their bath bombs which smell, look, and feel amazing! They are known for their fresh and handmade products. I also love that they use recycled plastics for their containers and even have package free products like shampoo and shower bars. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Bee at Lush made mine and my friend’s most recent visit incredible! She is super knowledgeable on the product offerings that lush has and makes wonderful recommendations. She also offered samples for things we were unsure about. Cant recommend shopping with her enough!

I must stay today I shared a wonderful experience at Lush Cosmetics. In Huntsville Alabama after handling a few business endeavors. I decided to stop by and check them out, to my surprise I sent nearly an hour just learning and trying different products let's just say thanks to a special store manager by the name of Christy the experience was worth my return.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gillian and Christina. Both were very polite and welcoming and their knowledge on the products was amazing . I would recommend to any and everyone to stop by.. see you guys again later. Thanks for the excellent service

i never write reviews but in hopes she will see this, me and my mother came up to huntsville yesterday and went into lush. it was my birthday so my mother was going to let me get what i wanted. there was one associate in the store, her name was Christina. (hopefully i spelled that correctly) and she was absolutely amazing, she was so informative and had amazing customer service. my father recently passed a week ago and before even telling Christina that she blessed me with gift that she didn’t even have to give me, including the emotional support. it genuinely felt as if she was an angel. so if you see this Christina or if you know her please show her this. i’m so beyond thankful for you and you really did make my birthday.

Wanted to leave a little note for Bridge street. While in Huntsville visiting, We decided to stop in the store, the smell was breathtaking. Customer service was amazing. Jamie and Amanda were so nice and helpful . Jamie took the time to explain all the products we questioned with instructions on each, how to use, benefits etc. Thank you both!

Nice location, across the foot bridge from Connor's. Plenty of parking. Nice to have a Lush store nearby. The staff know their product line and are helpful in finding the right product(s) for you.

Christy was absolutely amazing today! She helped us in every way possible. My significant other said that Christy customer service was so good, he didn’t want to leave! Thank you again Christi for your wonderful help!!

Love going in here!! I work across the way and stop in here once a week to see the new stuff and the wonderful workers. The person with green hair (didn't catch their name) and the manager helped me out today with my best friends birthday gift and she will love it!! Would give them 15 stars if possible. ❤

Areula (I hope that’s correct) did an amazing job helping me pick out my new favorite perfumes and body products. The entire staff was so helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted. The girls that were working were so sweet and personable. I was recommended a delicious smelling body wash, Sticky Dates, and sampled in store. My husband and I both enjoyed it and purchased it with no hesitation! We also bought some wonderful lotion. Upon check out, the girls gave us samples of some other things to try out. Thanks!

This is the best lush I've ever been to. I've been all over the country and thankfully the best is right down the road. Thank you to whomever packed up my order (for emily) today. You are so so so sweet!!

I had the most wonderful experience at the bridgestreet location on Dec. 22. Jordan was so kind and helpful and made sure I felt special. She was probably the most attentive sales associate I’ve ever interacted with. The store was designed beautifully and all the displays were clean and organized. The cashiers were also very kind and helpful. This store is a step above the already great customer experience you expect from Lush.

Bee greeted me at the door and asked if I was looking for something in particular. After I explained what I needed, they took me under their wing and made sure I left with everything I needed! A+ customer service. I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

I've visited Lush stores in 6 countries, and about 15 different locations in the US. The Bridge Street Lush store, by far, blows them all away! We sadly have no Lush stores in the wilds of Montana (closest is Meridian, Idaho - a 7 hour drive) so every time we travel, or when I'm visiting my Alabama family - we make at least one trip to Lush. Customer service is ALWAYS stellar, with fantastic advice and the sales associates have got to be the most genuine, friendly people, while still being professional and efficient. If I could give 10 stars (out of 5 ;) , I would. Big shout out to Tara, Jamye and Megan, who made my last trip to the Bridge Street Lush a stand-out great experience. Keep up the great work!!

Went to lush for the first time looking for a gift for my friend and Kristen was so helpful! I was able to find a few things I think she would love and even ended up finding something for me to try out with her help! She was very knowledgeable about all the products and had great scent recommendations. I was overwhelmed by all the products when I went in and she made the process so easy!

I stopped in this store this weekend and had a great experience. The sales associate, Amira, was very helpful and showed me around the entire store. She and another lady working helped me pick out an amazing gift for my friend. They even included some samples for me to try. One of the best customer service experiences I have had lately. I will definitely be returning to this shop.

Visited with my little boy today and had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff were all without exception friendly, helpful, kind and just plain amazing! They helped entertain my little boy (who also adores Lush products) so I could browse comfortably and select my products. They truly went above and beyond! They gifted my son a bath bomb which was an amazingly kind and touching gesture, it generated such goodwill within me that I purchased several more products just to say thank you. i am SO relieved they have gotten rid of the guy who was working there! He was pretentious, arrogant, stuck up, condescending and just plain rude! When I went last time and he was there he looked at me and my son like we were trash and didn't bother to assist us. The female assistant was the same. Good move Lush making these staffing changes! Turned this visit into the highlight of our day!

Employees are so so nice. Love their bath bombs!!
