AT&T Store

So I just had to take the time out before I actually start my day to thank the people at at&t the people at this store are awesome. I had been having trouble with my phone over the weekend and trying to get my old number switched to a new device but my account was locked. They fixed it! They wouldn't give up until they did. It was such a pleasant experience. THANK You so much 💓

I had been in the store a year ago and interacted with Jim Pitman. I was very impressed and said if I ever needed assistance, I would ask for Jim! Jim is very helpful and knowledgeable of AT&T products. He is trustworthy and very friendly. He made my purchase very easy.

Steve was professional and knew what he was doing!! Probably my best upgrade experience ever in my over 10 years with ATT! I wanted to move back to a smaller and lighter weight phone!

Brandon Young was our assigned helper and we could not have had a more, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful person. He helped replace my iwatch and helped to reduce my monthly bill. He is a credit to your work force..

I usually only wait for Steve but everyone at that store is GREAT. Steve is the BEST & found an issue yesterday that was AT&T fault that no one else new what it was. I try not to deal with anyone but Steve in Titusville.

This store is THE BEST! But equally, if not better would be representative Brandon Young. Without boring anyone with the details of an extremely complex issue … let me tell you, Brandon took it on without a second thought and not only took it on but worked tirelessly to ensure every aspect of my issue was resolved. This took a whole chunk of his morning and he was like a pit bull out there fighting on my behalf. I cannot express my gratitude and heartfelt thanks enough for Brandon and this location! If you want or need a knowledgeable, articulate and caring rep in your corner … run … don’t walk .. and see Brandon Young.

Brandon at this store was so helpful, he knows what he is doing and took care of my 5 trade in's promptly. He also took care of a few other issues I had from dealing with the incompetent/unethical customer service AT&T call center employees. Thanks for the help. people like Brandon are great ambassadors for the AT&T brand.

Brandon at the store is the go to guy! Very helpful and informative. Made everything a breeze and we couldn’t be happier. We will be returning for sure. Thanks again! ATT service is also superior to T-Mobile, no lagging or throttle with ATT.

Had a great time with Mr. Jawon, he was very knowledgeable about all of the products and plans. He has a great sense of humor. He also helped us update our phones and watches.

Just leaving the Titusville location. We made an appointment to get my mom from T Mobile onto my family plan. My dad passed and this is why we are handling this. We were greeted immediately by Jim Pitman, he said he would be assisting us and showed is to a table. Long story short, Jim was an absolute rockstar in every measure. Personal skills, communication skills, brand knowledge, empathy for our family at time. You are lucky to have an associate that is an absolute ambassador for your company. Hope you are taking good care of this gentleman. If your not, someone like me will! Thank you AT&T and more specifically Jim Pitman for being the Gold standard.

Do you want to deal with somebody at the AT&T store in Titusville that knows exactly what he’s doing and has some of the best customer service skills that I’ve seen in a long time? His name is Bryan Dubay! He was courteous, friendly, asked me questions and answered a lot of my questions. I walked out of the store within an hour, and that was with him setting up my phone and the two iPads that I purchased he is the best.

I have to take the time and give a shout out to JP; he saved my life (not really but my phone which is almost the same thing). I had been in Philly and on my way back home, I stopped at my cousin's house in Jacksonville to get some rest. When I woke up in the morning my iPhone was dead, no charger would charge it. I was so stressed out because I have had a trying couple of years, so this felt like the end of the world (I was crying all the way to Titusville)! The minute I walked in JP asked my name and what I was there for, when I started explaining he was like "oh I can fix that for you" and in 1 minute (no joke) my phone was working. I was already thinking do they even fix iPhone's but by the end of my thought JP had my phone fixed, JP is the man. Please give JP some love when you go to the store, he is amazing!!!

So I continue to get amazing service from AT&T @ the Colombia location. My SIM card went mad so I went to the store and was assisted by Jawon. What an amazing customer service professional, so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed my problem quickly and he even helped me get a phone for my husband. My husband has a price point on what he wants to spend on his next iPhone. I went to another location and the guy didn’t want to help us and finding a way to make the price work like giving us options like a lesser grade iPhone or cheaper service or whatever the guy said no and didn’t even try. Jawon was like well he can get a 14 and problem solved. I love my guys at that location. If you want to get your problem or purchased resolved ask for Jawon or JP.

Before we walked in the store, I was hoping to find good customer service as it is often rare to find anymore. Bryan was right there to greet us and help us with our purchase today. We were never rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Bryan made our concerns over a broken phone and purchase of a new phone stress free and easy. Bryan added a great sense of humor. We left satisfied customers!

Went looking to compare as we were no longer happy with our carrier. We were met immediately by Bryan D. No high pressure sales here, he listened to our needs and showed us the best deal. Which really was the best deal we had been quoted. Best trade in which they had an amazing deal at the time. Had to order 1 phone, and when it arrived, Bryan had me up and running in no time. He went above and beyond finding additional items. So very pleased with our customer service experience. Also noted that all the employees were very quick to welcome customers, get their name, and assist them. Saw another go out and assist an older gentleman with pairing his new phone to his truck. This store has a lot going for them. When all was said and done, I felt like I had made a new friend, Bryan D. was awesome!

My Husband and I went into the store to discuss changing our internet over from Spectrum. We were immediately acknowledged by Bryan who was with another customer but took the time to smile and invite us in to sit and let us know he'd be right with us. Great 1st impression!! He was with us very promptly and I immediately let him know that I work from home and we have a very big family our concerns were we needed reliability as my income depends on my connection and better speed for all our devices. He listened to our concerns and needs and explained to us in detail why AT&T was the right fit for our Family. I felt he talked with us not at us there was no nauseating sales pitch. He was sincere and empathetic. He made sure to check for any promotions and actually got us a better deal by signing up in the store then we would have by signing up online! He went over our different installation times and also made sure we had a way to contact him in case we had any issues with the installation which I thought WOW how do we clone this guy for everywhere I have to interact with customer service professionals... which is basically everywhere lol. Seriously Bryan you are the true example of what customer service should be! IMO you should be training others and sharing your awesomeness!! Thanks for the wonderful experience! Whoever may be reading this from AT&T FYI you have a true rockstar in Bryan and I hope he is compensated accordingly as people like him are a rarity and a true blessing!!

I recently went to the Columbia Blvd ., Titusville , FL AT&T store on 2 separate occasions. The first time I was immediately met by "Juan " and received some great information & instruction on how to go about correcting a problem I was having with my cellphone 👍
A few days later I returned to get help on transferring my data from my existing cellphone (Samsung Z Fold 3) to my new one ( also a Z Fold 3 ) .
Juan was off but " Brandon " met me as I entered and quickly offered to help me with the download of data from the original phone to the replacement one.
He was both very knowledgeable in answering my specific questions pertaining to aspects I didn't understand as well as giving great customer service ! He made the whole procedure go quickly -- thanks Brandon ,
