I recently got my save the dates and And mailing address stickers made here and I just have to say I am so grateful I went. Danielle was beyond helpful in the Print department and truly helped me print everything I needed exactly how I wanted them! When I picked up them last night, they were perfect, and the gentleman who gave them to me was so nice and helpful as well! Great job, Print department!

Great experience, the ladies in the print center were great. Helped answer questions & did my quick order while I was there. Definitely will go back if I need items printed again.

Sierra in the print/copy center was extremely busy, multi-tasking a large print, helping customers and fixing a machine. All this and she was still able to give me AMAZING customer service. Two thumbs up Sierra!
Oh and an FYI to everyone doing Amazon returns, they are now being done at the front of Staples at their Customer Service Desk, but UPS drop offs are still at the Print/Copy Center. Hope this helps!

I recently purchased a gaming laptop here as a birthday surprise for my husband. Julie was so nice and able to answer basic questions. She took care of me with registering the protection plan. There was an oops that happened with a little misunderstanding later about the particular laptop and she was so genuinely apologetic about it that who could be mad at that? She handled it like a pro and I would gladly come back and ask for her specifically for help. Rockford is a cool worker and knows his stuff for computers. He was a big help with answering questions with multiple trips.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted and was directed to the item I needed. I happened to stop by their printing area, asked a couple of questions and before I knew it they were printing what I needed. Great place and reasonable.

Had a great experience today and was assisted by Lucy. She was very knowledgeable of the products and answered all of my questions. She also helped me with downloading my Staples Connect app and really went above and beyond. Thank you for such great customer service!

UPDATE: I just received a refund for the $60 I lost when Staples mispunched a book they were preparing for a spiral binding. Staples came through in less than 24 hour to correct the problem. Good for Staples.I once again will be recommending Staples for my customers who want their cruising guides spiral bound. I’m changing my rating to 5 stars.

Staples use to be the last store I would shop at for anything but now it’s my first stop! The staff is wonderful and always go out of their way for me! They always help make sure I get the best price and I never feel like I’m being rushed out of the store. Great customer service :)

We had to make copies for my husband's work. The machine got a paper jam, ironically it was a staple LOL. Peggy came over and helped us with a smile. Thank you Peggy!!

I've needed copies made on two separate occasions. Both times I was greeted and assisted by very helpful, friendly staff .
I'd personally like to thank Ewan ( first visit) and Olivia ( second visit) for being professional,friendly and helpful.

When I needed help choosing the right chair for my home office the staff was very helpful and friendly. I want to saying thank you to your staff member Kaylee for being so patient with my unassertiveness in choosing a chair to fit my needs. A+++ would highly recommend this store and their customer service.

Kyle is a rock star employee and helped us get the right chair for our office space, while his coworker explained the very useful three year protection plan that came with it. Thank you for the help, guys.

Great Ladies working in print center

I would like to commend the Assistant Manager Frank Farnsworth for his assistance in choosing a laptop and for his explanations of the service agreement options. He was professional, patient, and articulate.
At my visit, there was a call waiting, and 3 people in line waiting - all for technical help, and Frank was the only one available. In spite of this, and to his credit, Frank did not rush any of the customers, and gave each the attention needed.
His service was worth the wait. Give my thanks to Frank for my new laptop - I wouldn't have been able to make the decision without him.

I had to return on purchase from Amazon and they wrapped it and shipped it out for free
