Kroger

This Kroger is very convenient to Indianapolis. We live over by keystone at the crossing and we stop here. Sometimes. The store is very clean. It was easy to find what we wanted. I especially like when Kroger has a great selection of cheeses because I love to ge Butterkasse and they did have it here!

A good location just outside the Indy, plenty of hard working employees keep this Kroger running and looking great. Produce, Deli, Bakery items can all be found here and in many cases on sale. I highly recommend this Kroger.

Great customer service. Hot bar is a main attraction.
10/02/20- 5 gallon water station is too high off the floor. Likely to throw my back out refilling my containers. Please reconsider this higher position. Not sure it needs to be on a shelf. The floor position was just fine before the remodel.

This is one of the nicest Kroger‘s in the area. The stores shelves are always well stocked. Produce is always fresh and shiny. Fresh bread, fruits and vegetables are a plentiful. Well stocked meat,poultry and pork products. Handicap carts are always available. This place will be crowded and the parking lot full. But check out will be faster than you think. Love to shop here.

One of the current managers is really thoughtful, and goes above and beyond. We had a pickup order a few weeks ago that was missing a small item. I didn't think much of it - the manager called and left a voicemail to apologize for the missing item. We were impressed with that alone! A few weeks later (today), we went to pickup another order. The manager brought out the order himself, again apologized for the missing item from last time, and gave us $10 off the order without prompting! We thought this was really impressive and personal service! Thank you to the manager and your staff for all your hard work.

Nice place! I came here for the family-sized Paqui chips (because this location had them in stock), but they didn't have em'! What a shame...that's why I came here.

I went to this location after work tonight for the first time and will NEVER go to another Kroger again. There was a young man training two employees at the same time. One female was training on register and he was calm with her and very helpful. Other young man was training on bagging. This man that was the trainer was amazing. He was showing him how to properly put different food group items in separate bags and explained why. I dont know his name but he had a dragon necklace on.
Again I appreciate him so very much!

Large selection of everything but still has a small feel to it.

Their liquor and beer selection is unmatched by grocery stores in the area.

As always fresh food, fresh produce

Wish there were more checkouts open, but know like everywhere else.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank the guys that provided stellar customer service to this old woman...Lol. I was in need of a corned beef brisket. Both bins were completely empty. An employee let me know that his manager drove to the Carmel store to pick some up. I finished shopping and asked Fred if he had returned yet. He said no but took my name and number. He called me when they arrived. Super service. Great job guys!!!

The Kroger I shopped at yesterday is at 71st St. & Binford Blvd. It is what they refer to as a Signature store & it is a large facility. My experience yesterday was very good. Was there between 4-5 pm. Found all items on my list as the shelves seemed to be well stocked. I used self-check out & the attendant there was most helpful and friendly. It is a great place to shop.

Lived in Florida for almost 30 years and have been here in Indiana for about two years,this store in particular has the nicest display and selection of seafood I have seen since I have been here and would show up a lot of places in Florida.
Whomever is setting up the seafood section needs another 15 an hour..keep them please they're amazing

I wanted to share how amazing this store has been. I walked in today and the produce section seriously looked amazing and has been that way everytime I've visited the store. Every staff member I passed greeted me, and several lanes were opened at check out. I truly love my neighborhood Kroger.

I stopped in here to get a few things before going to work (Not my typical Kroger). I felt out of place because I’m not familiar with the area and the store itself. I was so shocked with the friendliness of the staff. Nearly every staff member I came across smiled or asked me how I was doing. I even had a few customers say hello to me. I sure wish my Kroger near my house was that friendly. Place was also very clean.

I live about a block from here and do all my grocery shopping here. Great location, vast selection of food. Everything here is very fresh, I've never bought milk or produce only to get them home and find they were off. Their sushi is actually pretty good, at least it's about the median of all sushis I had in my life, which for a grocery store is basically a 10/10.

This location having six self-checkouts is the best thing ever. I used to work at a grocery store and frankly I'm better at bagging my own groceries than some underpaid teenager who throws everything in the bags as fast as possible. There's also some nights when I go right after work and I'm tired and don't want to do the whole human interaction thing more than I have to.

This is my favorite local grocery. Produce is gorgeous and clean. They have the best selection on most departments and even carry my favorite muscle milk protein drink! This store also offers online ordering and curb pickup.
