Brian was most helpful to me and my wife in getting a new phone to replace one she got taken from her.

Harold’s service was above and beyond. Saved me time and money as he helped me file my claim. Will be back to this location and to see Harold.

I have a competing carrier's service, but when my phone froze, this was the only store closest to me. The salesman was kind enough to help me figure out the issue even though I don't have Verizon. THAT is service.

I came in unannounced and bought a ton of iphones and ipads for our business. Josh was great to work with. He helped me and my team with all the new added steps in managing our fleet of devices. I could not recommend this store enough. Simply the best!

Dre was beyond patient and helpful. He helped me with changing my phone, setting it up and making sure I had the best deal. He was polite and efficient. He also told me to reach back out if I had any questions. Best part was he said that if I had any problems with billing or payment changes to call him and he would fix it. If you are thinking about switching phones or needing any help with Verizon Dre is the best. Really appreciate all your help.

I came into the store and was helped by Dre Davis. He is THE MAN! Great guy! Got me everything I needed and he is very genuine. Also he is very understanding of problems. (And I had a lot of them haha) Give this man a raise, he cares about his customers!

I came into the store and worked with Dre Davis, he was very thorough and focused on delivering the product and accessories I wanted in a very personable & friendly demeanor. I recently stopped at Cellular Sales to inquire about a new phone and had a fantastic experience. First, I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. Second, I had the great fortune of being helped by Dre. In all my time as a Verizon customer, I have never encountered someone as personable and knowledgeable as Dre. He took the time to explain my options, discussed the pros and cons of those options, and never once pushed anything on me. He showed me the features of the new phone and went out of his way to ensure that the transition to my new phone was as seamless as possible. He turned what could have been an unpleasant chore into a truly enjoyable experience. I couldn't recommend this location and especially this sales consultant more.

Dre was a fantastic help. 5 star. He spent awhile with me and my family and worked out all of our problems. He’s is very appreciated . Highly recommend him over the ATNT store and will be back in the future.

Mr Dre was patient, informative, and kind. He explained each function as we progressed in the purchase of my phone.he walked me through setting up my phone and using the many function on the phone that I didn't know about. I was a prior customer with verizon, he welcomed me back with open arms. I will definitely be back, and recommend him highly.

I came into the Verizon store today and Dre Davis helped me. He put up with my daughter and I .. and seriously made jokes, kept us laughing and engaged the whole time. He was very

I walked into my favorite Verizon store on Binford Avenue and 71st Street and was greeted by Dre. Dre answered all of my questions and helped me select a new phone. Dre is knowledgeable, quick, and attuned to the customer’s best interests. He was a great help this afternoon in replacing my phone, getting me the best monthly plan, and explaining the options for phone and plan. He made a chore seem fun.
