Went in for some drinks and a snack after pumping my gas. And Ashley helped me with my items, our conversation was short but very nice

Got gas at speedway. The service is good and their location was clean. I always am able to find a pump and get my gas. Prices are high right now but they have speedy rewards that allow me to get free drinks so I’m happy with that at the very least!

Fella working night shift was very friendly and helpful.

Speedway is my go to gas station, there are so many around plus the rewards system can’t be beat. I used to be a frequent shopper at the one off of Brookville road but with a job change I find myself being around northside establishments more.
This speedway off of 75th and Binford is awesome, I never have issues getting a place to fill up the tank, the pumps always work.
When I do go inside, it’s usually to get some sugary delicious cappuccino and I love the rotating seasonal flavors that you can get.
The inside is clean and well maintained, a decent selection of snacks and drinks.
The attendants are always pleasant and helpful.
Speedway prices usually are very competitive as well, and as stated no matter where you go in Indy if you drive a bit you can find a speedway somewhere:)

Very busy location, crowded parking is terrible. Good driving is essential at this location.

Can’t say I hate it but I definitely avoid this station for a reason. It is very small and located on a busy corner. Getting in and out of the parking lot is tricky. The store is always busy and often quite dirty because they are so busy and have no time to clean due to a constant influx of customers. The cashiers are also not very nice. Plus, their gas prices are always the highest in the city! Look at the speedway app for pricing. You could go a little bit further any direction and pay less at another speedway

Usually a good experience, however I recently tried to exchange a pack of cigarettes ( girlfriend bought wrong version of my brand)
Went right back in and the guy said once it leaves the building that is it. No exchange no refund.
Then said it was a state law!
I know that is a lie.
If it's company policy ok but don't lie to me.
Will try to avoid that store in the future.
Will go someplace else.

Never see this place open past 10:00 p.m. anymore. Have been in three other Speedways though recently, that used to be closed late, but at the fault of an employee that was replaced and the new employee was actually keeping the store open. Such as the 116th address in Fishers. I'm wondering if that's the case here. If so, it sounds like there needs to be a shift in employment at this location again.

Also, no I won't call the number because it only operates during normal business hours. There are no late night support agents. I don't approve of this, as I'm a truck driver and a delivery driver with GrubHub, and my normal hours of operation tend to be outside of normal business hours.

They are almost never open past the hour of 8pm until I’d say 6am anymore. They’ve had hiring signs in front of the gas station for about a month now, yet there is no information as to who to call or how to apply; so I have no idea how they expect anyone to help them fill the shifts needed.
Not to mention the people that DO work there behind the register are visibly hit in the face by whatever drugs they are on to the point basic, efficient transactions are hard to come by.
I used to come here every time I got gas, but I couldn’t hate it any more at this point. They should really do better. This speedway is just not well.

Store hours says closes at 10PM but doors are locked at 9:21PM. And cashier inside is ignoring hard. Good thing 2 other gas stations on the opposite corner.

Just went to Speedway and the cashier made a mistake so it didn't take the card and was cool about it, but then the manager came out and tried to blame the card and it was a problem they made and instead of voiding it out continued to say it was our fault. And then when they realized it was their fault the cashier apologized and the manager just went silent. Used to be the usual spot won't be going back anytime soon.

Customer service is horrible, was serviced by a Kimmie and she used so much profanity was rude and inconsiderate. Store wasn't clean and couldn't get the cup size I wanted because it wasn't stocked.

This location is always under staffed, one register open and 10-15 customers deep. The one register that is open is run (in the mornings) by and elderly man who isn't capable of moving at an urgent pace to match their high customer volume and he is particularly rude and dismissive. Worst speedway around

The manager Tammy is a obtuse degenerate who thinks it's okay to refuse to give out her boss' information and likes to call customers names over the phone. She is a poor excuse for a manager hence why the ratings at this store is garbage which reflects exactly what the manager is.

Got there at 3:30 Am to get gas the guy at the door said he’s closed because the floor is drying. Yet, he’s standing outside talking to co worker smoking a cigarette. I confronted the guy. Looked to me as if the floor was never wet. I’ll never shop there again!! Just lazy!!!

Don't waste your time in the morning stopping here. They are always short staffed, they run out of coffee, long lines, and very poor customer service from CAROLYN. Very unprofessional, loud, and obnoxious. It's worth the drive to go to the other Speedway down Binford.
