I set up an appointment and arrived in the city the next day. The location was nice. For the shop, it was really cool. The set up and design had a lot of personality. The ladies all inside have different techniques, crafts and styles, one stop shop. My appointment started on time and SYD really made it a good experience. Will be coming to the city more often now just for the experience. Good customer service, no issues.

I really appreciate this one stop shop for locs! I can get everything I need from loc jewelry, to loc and twist gel. I normally have to order all my loc products offline but The Loc Store has given my the convenience of going out to get the products I need the same day!
