The ppl in this store are incredible. I went in because I was having problems with my phone number being locked, and I had the best experience here. The person that helped me name was Larry I believe, and the manager was Cameron. 10/10 they were all so nice and very helpful

The store manager and staff were very helpful in resolving my issue. They are very knowledgeable and responsible. I witnessed them work together as a team to satisfy the needs of each customer.

It was such a pleasant experience walking into T mobile Shadeland Ave store. Cameron and Jesse are so knowledgeable and helpful to upgrade our phone. They were so patient with answering all our questions. What a wonderful change after our earlier very rude and unhelpful service we received at T mobile Clay Terrace Carmel store earlier in the day. Thank you Cameron and Jesse for changing our view of T mobile service.

Just so nobody else believes google, and waste their time coming over here on a Monday, they are open Tuesday-Sunday.

That said, the new store manager, Arianna, is great. She is super helpful and knowledgeable, and a major upgrade over previous staff.

Needed to visit T-Mobile as my current phone was beyond help. My visit started out a little rocky as the personnel did not seem to be aware of their current promotions. Then Nic came along and was able to make happen what needed to. In the long run was able to get a new phone and plan that suited my needs at about the same cost. Thanks to Nic my visit was successful & I am very pleased.

My iphoneX battery decided to give up on me like my father did and it’s been such an old reliable friend that I wanted to fix her. Unfortunately the quotes I received were more than I had on hand and I needed to start payments on a new one. Cameron really helped out with not only selecting the right device for me but made the experience of supporting consumerism almost tolerable. I appreciate how informative and quick the process was.

Such a difference in customer care. The disaster I experienced last year made me never want to come back to this store. Yesterday Jay greeted me when I came in, instantly felt welcomed. Then I met Arianna she was very informative. They both explained the phone plans and which would best fit me, also sold me a few accessories. 10/10 I’m switching from Verizon to T-Mobile immediately.

Jaime was very helpful, professional, and holing it down taking care of all the customers as the other lazy bums stayed in the back and helped no one. She demonstrated patience and excellent customer service. She was very kind and friendly!!! Amazing job Jaime!!!

I had a problem with my router and called customer service. The agent arranged for me to pick up a router at the local store and Arianna was so helpful in getting it set up for me. Then when online customer service still sent me a new router Arianna again assisted me in getting it sent back to the company. She was the best and I really appreciate the ability to deal with a live person and she went above and beyond!

Went in to get the new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 22, and the service was outstanding. Jay and Ari were very patient and informative and made the experience awesome. I have been with Tmobile since 1999 and the service is just as good as it was when I started. I love the consistency and the people that work for Tmobile, if I ever have a problem they go above and beyond and Jay and Ari were no exception. I will continue to sing Tmobile's praises and encourage people to switch. Thanks again Jay and Ari!!!

This is hands down the best cell phone store I've ever been to. The manager, Arianna, has gone above and beyond for me not once, but twice! I am a former Sprint customer caught up in the merger and I have been frustrated during this process but Arianna has been so wonderful, knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. We came in today to switch our phones over since the sprint towers are being turned off and we worked both with Arianna and Trystan. They were rockstars through the whole process--going as far as having phones driven over from a different store (shout out to that employee whose name I did not getting for driving them over) and they stayed open with us an extra hour setting our new phones up to account for the time we waited for the phone delivery. The service at this location is 11/10

Mike was sooo helpful to us. He took lots of time, found out what our needs were and helped us to work through a difficult situation. I would give him six stars! The other people in there seemed helpful and friendly also

Arianna is a good worker and very nice. Loved her at Keystone, glad she's the manager now.

Was not very happy with tmobile at first, but Arianna was excellent. She solved all my problems, will be coming to this store from now on.

After such a headache with phone representatives. Then going in circles for 4 days, contemplating leaving for another carrier after only 2 months , I went into your location @ the Indianapolis 75th and Shadeland Ave. The manager there Cecelia was downright amazing, Magenta Superstar !!! They all Went above and beyond, not just for me, but EVERY customer in there while I was there !! The other employees were fantastic as well! I'd love to have all my employees at the level they are in customer service, especially the manager Cecilia !! Take Notice T-Mobile big wigs, that is an irreplaceable crew you have at this location !! They deserve recognition, which is why I took the time to write this review. Thank You.
