Had a great experience thanks to Dorrian. He was very patient as I got all the right codes together for my four returns. And then help me find the most economical way to ship them back to sender as I had to pay for packing!! He went above and beyond to help and have a great attitude!! That’s very much appreciated these days !

The best UPS Store experience I have ever had because of Jaysaiah! All three of the employees were so incredibly nice and just having good vibes in the store. Usually a trip to UPS is not enjoyable at all but the employees working today were awesome! Thank you guys.

The customer service is great and I have had two managers, Zach and Jenny Roberts, who have gone above and beyond.

Hello my name is Lakeeshia and I love UPS because they have designer postal stamps and they shipping prices are very reasonable.

Made an appointment online for notary service. Zach Glenn is the notary and he was training a coworker but finished up quickly and helped us. I drove from New Jersey to purchase a vehicle and the signatures needed notarizing. Zach was kind, attentive, and professional. His co-workers were also kind and helpful. I wish all of my notary experiences went as smoothly as this one. Great group working on 9/24/22!

Only mgr, Zach Glenn, provides notary services. His hours don’t necessarily match published store hours, so call ahead.

I came back the next day midday and completed my notary task. The mgr was apologetic, and emphasized calling ahead if you need notary services; he manages several locations, and before 4 pm can get there in about 10 min if you haven’t called ahead.

Corporate doesn’t let him fine tune hours on the web site.

The UPS STORE 4265 at 7399 N Shadeland Avenue is the best of the best! Led by Store Manager Zach Glenn who is spectacular! Whatever your needs are the friendly and helpful Staff is always ready to help. Notary, mail, business, etc can all be handled with one stop by a great Team at this fine establishment. I give my highest recommendation to Zach Glenn and the Staff at The UPS Store 4265!

Branch manager Zach G! I came in with a very big problem that only ups could help me solve. Zach teamed up with me and we figured it out. It may have taken an hour but he never gave up on me! Appreciate you my man!

I use this store frequently for my amazon returns and to ship packages. I get quick, friendly service everytime. They recently did business cards for my husband and did a great job too!

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I don't live near this location but receiving great customer service is worth traveling a little further for. I'll definitely be returning, the next the time I have to ship anything.

We was greeted at the door. A young man introduced himself as Zach. He asked what could he do for us. I told him what we needed. He looked over everything and gave me the price at the beginning which I appreciated very much. And we were in and out. Great professional service. I will be back.

I mailed many gifts to South Carolina for Christmas and I received the best service. The young man who waited on me was new but he was very efficient and professional. All my packages arrived on time with no problems. I re-visited today to mail some birthday gifts to Georgia and the same young man helped me out. Again, the service was excellent! Highly recommend!!

I almost drove out of my way to avoid this store based on the star rating - but I had a far better experience than I expected. In and out quickly, friendly, attentive, got me exactly what I needed and no BS. Not sure if the other ratings are from long ago or just a bad day but I wish all of my errands were this painless!

Great customer service. So much better than it has been in the past! I was immediately greeted as I walked in the door. Helped promptly. And the young lady behind the counter had a smile on her face, eager to help me and my needs! Definitely will be returning!

I had a very good experience at this store. My first time there. The manager, Zacharia was extremely helpful and courteous.

I have been a customer for the last ten years. Even though the employees have changed through the years, I've always been greeted with a hello and many times the gentleman behind the counter remembers me by name. I am in there at least twice a week.
