If I could give a ZERO star rating I most definitely would! I just had the worst experience ever, to the point I turned around with my family and walked out!
We have lived in the neighborhood for over 11 years and since the beginning of FasFuel, they have been the only gas station we have given our business to! We have literally spent hundreds of dollars a week there since I can remember. Some days we stop there multiple times!
Prior to today, I have had nothing but great experiences. The workers knew us, even our children by name and were concerned if they had not seen us in a couple days. They knew exactly what we wanted when we came in. Beyond exceptional customer service!
Apparently, they have recently made some changes, including promoting Cody to the assistant manager. Worst decision ever made! I will never step foot in the place again and I will share that with all of our friends, family, and neighbors.
This evening my 2 younger children and I went in to buys drinks and snacks for the evening, as we do almost every day. As I find myself juggling 3 drinks, knowing I have more items to pick up, I politely approached the counter to ask if I may set my things down while we continue shopping. The response I received, with a rude tone as if I was inconveniencing him, along with a roll of the eyes was “go ahead”. So I politely ask, “would you like me to move it over to one of the other counters?” (Thinking to myself maybe he was concerned I was going to be in the way of other customers, even though there was not anyone else in the store at the moment). Cody again responds to me with an eye roll and rude tone as if I was still a bother to him and says “no it’s fine”.
As I mentioned I have never been treated so disrespectful by anyone in that store. And then to find out they hold a management title, was unacceptable. I nicely told my children to put their snacks back and we would take our business to another place where they treated their people kind. I just mention to behave like that in front of my children made things even more mind blowing. So, once I reached the car, I made the decision to return to the store to speak with Cody. I politely explained to Cody that I did not appreciate the way I was treated and the fact that we lived right down the street and frequented their so often I did not feel like it was fair to go without notice. Cody then, with no sincerity apologized, explaining to me that he was just frustrated. That’s great Cody! I’m sorry your frustrated, but in no way whatsoever does that have anything to do with me and my children nor give you the right to treat your customers with such disrespect! It was At that moment I asked for store managers name and info that I learned CODY held one of the titles! What a shame! Again, I will not stand for the disrespect, nor will I allow anyone I know to take the chances of walking into that gas station to be greeted by Cody! So sad! If we could only have our previous staff back who treated everyone like family!

Went in to buy my two kids a large Coke Icee and went to pay and was originally given a piece of .99 and then since I didn't have their card they said I had to pay $.2.98! To top it off, the Icee tasted like it had been fermenting in the machine for days. What a ripoff and disgusting!

This gas station is deplorable the way they ask you for a rewards card at the pump, and if you don't have one, they make you go see the cashier. And the fact it's been this way for a while shows how little the company actually cares. The employees are understandably flustered by the amounts of irate customers that come in.

Never going back there ever again don't know how to treat customers.... It's a lady working there very rude and bitter... Never ever ever going back worst experience!!!!
