Very attentive and helpful with decision making to consultation from employees to store manager. Delivery was always punctual. I bought some items wrong and some too much. No issues returning or exchanging them. Only problem is to reach out by phone. Delivery costs too much.

Carlos is a fabulous design artist that made our design appointment fun and exciting!! He’s so talented and helped me make great choices for new flooring, backsplash and natural stone ledgers.

Mrs. Charley also has great customer service skills and made me smile with her enthusiasm. Great experience and customer service. I highly recommend.

Visited Floor and Decor looking for bathroom tiles for renovation project. I was assisted at the store by Associate Kamilah B.who was pleasant, knowledgable, helpful and patient with myself and my husband as we walked through rows of tiles and made our selections. Very happy we shopped at Floor and Decor Brandon Location!

This review is alllllll for Carlos!!! If you have no idea of where to start what to pick and how to go about it… HE IS YIOUR MAN!!! He helped us from start to finish and helped us make our choices! He matched everything for us! He is so patient and very very helpful! Ask for Carlos!! Trust me, you will not regret!

If you want great service look no further than Jaime. He has an awesome can do attitude, never gives an excuse as to why he can't help and if he doesn't know the answer he definitely knows where to find it! As an Air Force member he personifies our "Service Before Self" motto, it is always a pleasure dealing with him. He deserves a raise!

Diego was very nice and helpful when I was purchasing materials for my DIY project. He showed me everything ai needed to bring my project to life. I am very happy with my purchase of Rock Ridge Cressida Gray Reclaimed Bricks, silver grout and related tools needed to complete the job. They came out looking great and gave me an awesome accent wall for my personal exercise room. Also everything I needed was in stock! When you do the grouting you need to do it in 4 ft. sections as the grout starts to dry in about 15 minutes and you have to tool the grout then brush it with a outdoor broom. Now onto painting and replacing flooring

Today I came in looking for stuff to complete a bathroom renovation. While there, Travis assisted me and explained EVERYTHING. He was very knowledgeable and is possibly the best associate in the store. Please give that man a raise!

Making decisions is always tough when you have such a great variety. Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable And VERY PATIENT. Gave me many options to choose from and provided quantities I needed for the project at hand. The guy knows the store inside out i certainly got my exercise for the day.. he walks very fast😂

Floor & Decor they have an amazing selection of tiles and accessories. They have very good customer service, Cathleen was a great help!! she has a good eye for design.

I had an excellent experience today - I came to buy a few floor tiles to replace the cracked ones on the floor. Simple yet complicated task (matching color, style, size). Robert, the sales associate, was extremely helpful. He was patient, went with me through all the options and even asked other associates for their input in order to get me the best tile that matches my existing interior and floor.
This was my second visit. First time a lady designer found me great tiles for my bathroom project and even suggested excellent glass mosaic trim.
I cannot say enough about this great store and people who work there. Once again, kudos to Robert and to the rest of the team. Highly recommended!

Excellent Customer Service! Jeffrey Benson at the Brandon location is wonderful and saved the day. We tiled our outdoor kitchen but was short a couple of boxes. Went to the store and the tile was discontinue. Had to order on Floor Decor website to finish our outdoor kitchen. I order the tile but for some reason it never was delivered. I called the number on my confirmation and it was the Miami office. After waiting 40 min I hung up and called Brandon store. Jeffrey Benson was amazing. He located my tile and was able to have the delivery/shipping company deliver the next day. Because of Jeffrey, we were able to finish our outdoor kitchen and it looks AMAZING... THANK YOU Jeffrey and Thank you Floor Decor!!

I am always pleased when I shop here! Great selection of flooring and wall decor. Love the idea of their "How To" Clinics every Saturday. If you are a renovator, contractor or just need inspiration about possibilities, this IS the place for you!!

Floor and Decor has it all from tile to flooring to tools and everything in between. Their prices are generally less than the big box stores, and the selection is far greater than the big box stores. This is the place to go.

The guy that assisted us was so helpful and super nice. Now to make our choice.
