AT&T Store

Sherman and Aylen & Ryan did a phenomenal job of getting our bill “not only lowered” but we were able to get some exclusive At and T upgrades, pertinent information on saving money, and the best customer service we’ve had since we have been with AT&T the last 12 years. Only catch is to get this special treatment, you need to come into the store in Gainesville if you want the best service. Holla.

My husband and I are very impressed with "Sherman" who helped us at this location. Thos is the second time he helped us and the second time getting 5 star service. Sherman is courteous, professional, pleasant, and highly knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone who is interested in AT&T service to go to this location and ask for "Sherman."

I walked into the store and within 5 seconds someone was helping me return my old phone. He was very nice and went out of his way to be helpful. He was very natural with customer service. While I was there, I also got an adapter for my new phone, which he helped me pick out within seconds. 10/10 experience.

Michael was of great help. He was really kind and patient, very understanding. We came to trade in my phone for the new iPhone 14 pro and he made the process super easy. 10/10 recommend!!

I went there thinking I was going to pay a "mint" for an iPhone and walked out of there with two iPhones for the price of one! Aaron really did an excellent job explaining the details, discounts, and savings. He was honest about all costs associated with the purchase. He set all phones up before I left the building! Always a pleasant experience at this store!

I went into this location and was immediately acknowledged when I walked in (unlike other locations) The manager of the store sammy is very helpful and takes care of you if no one else will. He won’t let you leave without your needs being taken care of. Thank you Sammy!

I had issues with my previous phone, and thought it was good time to upgrade. The manager Sammy had made the process of getting started on another device super easy, and the process took less than an hour. Great atmosphere, funny staff, definitely check them out!

I have been a customer of AT&T now for over 13yrs., so I’ve been to multiple stores across the state of VA. When o walked into this store, I was immediately assisted by Favio who was immensely helpful with getting my new phones activated and working in no time. The friendly and laid back nature vibrated throughout the store and I felt ad though I was an old friend instead of a customer. Yes, I could get cheaper phone service elsewhere, but I continue to stay with AT&T because of this sort of superb customer service. It’s worth paying a bit more for excellence. I am a long time customer of AT&T. I visited the Atlas Walkway store in Gainsville, Virginia. Mike and Maria, who recently started working there, were great. Besides being very polite, the entire staff is, they answered all of my questions
and helped me to pick the best plan that met my needs. My wife and I are from New York, but if I ever have issue with my new phone I will contact them.

walked in trying to switch my phone services, the sales Rep Sergio was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything that i needed. i was able to get the New iphone that i wanted and some extra accessories. Sergio is definitely an employee that goes above and beyond!

The Gainesville store is awesome! The manager Samuel was very helpful with setup of my business account. He knew his job very well and answered everyone one of my many questions. Very patient and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I left with everything I needed that day. Will definitely recommend Samuel to other customers,family, and friends.

Brian Orr (excellent manager!) took care of us today and was so great! He listened to our issues and provided us a few options as solutions and let us decide what was best for us with his guidance. He had my husband laughing and really was a genuinely nice person. No pressure to buy unnecessary products or services. This store is great! Keep him around :)!
