Food Lion

Good selection and the prices are always great. This food lion location is pretty big and they have good produce. I have been to other food lions and their selection isn't as good. I rarely see what I need out of stock when I visit. The staff is friendly and helpful they always ask if you’re finding everything ok. They handle busy hours well and have plenty of registers open for a quick check out. Its also clean and items are well organized.

A good convenient store all around where can be found almost every kind of food packed and fresh. Moreover cosmetics and toiletries with good variety

Customer service is always great at all food lions in Durham, NC....prices are still good even though they went up. Each department is clean and associates are friendly n helpful. Restrooms are always clean.

Great food lion to get groceries at. The employees are very nice and good at their job. They also have a pharmacy in there. You can find lots of different drinks and snacks and all the groceries you can think of. It’s pretty clean inside and I like the buildings design. This is definitely a good food lion to go to I suggest it to anyone who needs a simple snack and drink or a new grocery store to shop at. You should definitely try it out.

Great store and the staff are usually friendly. Very rarely are they out of something. If you need help they always are willing.

One of the largest Food Lions I have ever shopped!! It was clean, well stocked and every aisle was neat as a pin!! Impressive! Shopped there several years ago. Now I am back as a steady customer for the "certain" staples they have available that we use! Saw a lady I'd gotten to know who worked at another grocery chain. She remembered me and we caught up. 😊 Very pleasant older/mature, seasoned employees with whom I've had contact on 2 recent visits! Keep up the good work!

I wanted to call the feedback line but the receipt wasn't put n my husband's bag. BUT the only reason it was forgotten was bc they were to busy helping my husband to the car. Ya see, my husband has had 2 strokes this year only 4 months a part. And life has been so different for us; however, in a time of uncertainty, we have been blessed to have consistently helpful, caring, wonderful, encouragers at this Food Lion! Geneva, Jenny, and Tashonda have gone far beyond expectations and we, The Thompsons, wanted to take the time out to publicly acknowledge them . Thank you all! For all you do!!!

Just did the food lion Togo service for the first time and when I got there a gentleman named Vince was in the parking lot about to get carts. He came over and got my name and went back in for my order and brought it out. Awesome personality great service from this location and especially Vince!!!

Pretty much the same as other Food Lions. It's affordable, convenient, and well-stocked. When you come here, check out the circular online or in store; they have weekly deals that best any other grocer I've come across!

All of the staff here are always so helpful! This is the only grocery store I like going to!.... Also, just a heads up to customers, right now due to lack of employees the store is closing at 10pm!!! Until further notice...

I asked a lady working in the meat Dept a detailed question about where to find a certain fish variety. Tho they don't stock that variety, she looked up the address of a store that does. NOW THATS FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!
The checker was also very kind and helpful, even tho I'm a senior.

As usual, the staff is very helpful! I don't find what I need 100% of the time, but I am always very well treated at this store. I am a regular, loyal customer.

Each time I visit this particular Food Lion you have a bit joy as you enter. Always helpful. I also forgot to mention Samantha at the Customer Service desk, Sam has such a radiant personality and has so much patience even when she was pregnant with child. If you know for fact, some people are at their worst at this time, not Samantha. Another department is the Meat & Produce Departments, the very tall gentleman and the young lady with the slightly gap in her front teeth are always at hand and Sid in produce is always helpful. The store was clean and the shelves were organized. The customer service representative (cashier) was friendly and polite which was very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience!
