When customers follow proper return procedures, exchanging items are not a hassle. Negatively reviewing a place of business because they (the customer) cannot follow simple instructions clear enough a kindergartner would understand is bad practice. Returns must be handled by a manager, and they were told so and when a manager would be on duty. They were never told they "shouldn't have bought so much".

Absolutely terrible customer service, invited me to go to another liquor store because I questioned why she charges me different prices every time for the same item. She embarrassed me in front of other customers. The lady working has a disgusting attitude and I hope more people share their experience at this store !

New ownership unfortunately. Prices have gone way up on most everything. They do have a new countertop and cash register. Candy bars doubled. Jerky almost doubled. Other items up a good percent here and there.
Not worth the convenience. Hopefully high price increases are being passed onto the nice employees. Not comparable to like businesses in North Platte. Miss the previous owner who tried to keep prices comparable and affordable for everyone. Know costs are increasing on everything but unreasonable compared to others. Was a customer there for over 30 years as many were

Will never shop here again.
I was denied a refund for a bottle of wine that I definitely did not put on the counter with the 6 bottles I did purchase on Christmas Eve. I revisited the store the day after Christmas to notify the manager of the mistake. She said she couldn't do the refund because they were sooo busy Christmas Eve that she didn't remember me. Basically she told me I was responsible for their mistake.... And still had the balls to ask me to remain a customer. No Thanks!

Tried to return some Sarsaparilla that was spoiled, as it was close to summer so it was probably heated and cooled a couple times in their store. A black haired, snooty cashier would not let me return it for the $12 it cost me. She kept saying it was my fault for buying it spoiled and that I shouldn't be buying it in bulk like it was gonna expire in a couple days or something. Since when was 12 bottles bulk? Anyways, I'm still trying to get my $12 dollars back, but I would strongly recommend the Bottle Shop on the ones over this place.

The employees constantly use cell phones when checking customers out. Even turn their backs on customers with the customers credit cards in their hands. This could get them in trouble for cc fraud at worst and also makes the typical shopper uncomfortable. I have brought it up to clerks here before that it is bad form and they should not use cell phones when checking people out and especially when cc's are involved.

New owners are miserable to work with, treat local vendors terribly. Sky rocketed prices
