Big 5 Sporting Goods

I would like to compliment the Big 5 Sporting Goods located at; 10570 Foothill Blvd., #140, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I went to this particular location because there are more product choices readily available to choose from and because I have always received awesome customer service from the store manager, "G"! I appreciate his expertise and friendliness!!

Been there today to buy bear sprayer , customer service very friendly, I little crowed , but it's fine .

Big selection! Short-handed but had what we needed.

Went with a friend to buy a mouth guard. Her crown came off her tooth. To help cover up the exposed tooth. Worked like a charm. Until she can get to the dentist. Worker help her out got online told her the best one to Purchase

Easy access to location I was able to find what I needed. Can't say anything positive about staff they seemed more interested in each other's work schedules than interacting with customers. It is what it is they weren't rude just not friendly I personally don't care but some people may need more help or customer service attention.

Took my daughter to buy a softball bat. We didn't know which type to get, luckily we were assisted by Penny who went above and beyond to explain to us the different types and sizes of the bats and helped us pick out a few bats. Penny is a real asset to Big 5. This type of customer service will keep us coming back to shop at Big 5.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous staff, get what we needed for a 2 week Kenya Mission trip and 1 day Safari, including Copper infused compression Sox for this Senior's 17 hour Qatar Airline Round Trip flights. I highly recommend this Big 5.

Vincent is awesome! I was a first time customer a few weeks ago and received awesome service from Vincent! He was so patient and attentive as I picked out my pair of sneakers.

Great place to shop for tennis balls and tennis rackets. The have a great prices and the staff are always nice.

Had an amazing experience! The general manager,Frank, really knew his guns and ammo! He was also super nice and friendly! I'd been searching everywhere for a magazine for my rifle and got no help from the bass pro shop. I called and Frank new exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock. Big 5 has the ammo and the accessories. Thanks again!!

I found these people inside working there to be Very helpful and willing to answer any of my questions and even informed me about quite a few things I really didn't know. Very organized and stocked store and I found the atmosphere very friendly and I'd be willing to keep going back there A+

Solid sporting goods store with a great selection, kind staff and good deals. They remind me of a cross between Academy and REI. Far bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. Also they carry Coleman gas canisters for camp stoves which can be hard to find!

First time in this location, standard big 5, great deals on everything, always happy, the young man at the register today was very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back.

The best Big5 location ever. Frank is the man. Always helpful throughout the store. Only reason I go to Big5 because Frank always gives you the VIP service. The other workers here are also very polite and helpful.

Wanted to bring 3 bikes to Los Angeles for New Year's Eve on my Nissan Sentra. Wasn't even sure this was even possible but after one call to Big 5 and a reasonable price we were off and riding with a great 3 bike trunk rack that was in stock and already assembled! Great product selection and stocking of in store quality gear. Thanks guys for helping us have a wonderful and memorable experience with your bike rack!

Can't complain. Really good staff and prices can't be beat for weapons. I always get my knives here because they always have great sales. Love it.

Saw hiking boots on sale online called the store Jason in shoes was a great help he found my size and held them for me and waited until I got there he helped me find some for my boyfriend as well. Great service and the Store Mgr very nice.
