Miss Kibbles

I love Miss Kibbles. I stopped in last week to buy something for a dog's birthday and they were very knowledgeable in helping me pick something out that worked with the dog's special diet.

I love this store, everything in here is natural and healthy for my pup. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Maddie, she is very pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable about all the products. I always trust her recommendation. I would just be mindful about their return policy because there is no return or exchange on certain products once you open it even if you have only used it once. This is a great natural pet store, you can feel good about giving your pet stuff from there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Competitive prices for the quality. Good, but small, selection of cat food and treats. A dog owner's paradise, just need to convince them to show some more love to the feline world!

I just took my dog with me to Miss Kibbles’ Grand Opening today. Pugsley was so excited to see and smell everything! The staff was so welcoming and played with him. They even let Pugsley try a couple of treats before purchasing to ensure he liked them. Pugsley loved the Stella & Chewy treats so much that he tore through the bag when we got home! I love being able to support a local, small business.

Amanda is very knowledgeable, personable, professional. The layout of the store, design, displays are aesthetically pleasing. Good variety and price points of items.

I originally gave 3 stars because it's a run of the mill pet supply store. Nothing bad, nothing special. But it is a nice store, it was tidy and the employee at this location was friendly. I support shopping smaller retailers, I have changed the rating to 4 stars to reflect these factors.

You actually save money here. While it seems price is a bit much, your pet will benefit and most likely eat less, while benefiting from all natural Ingredients.. No more throwing out food.

(Reviewing as a cat guardian.) Recently moved to the area from St Louis, MO. Miss Kibbles’ online presence reminded me of Treats Unleashed, a wonderful pet store chain with super knowledgeable staff in the St Louis area. Upon arrival, they are unfortunately quite small and their cat section is practically non-existent. Good brands, but very few options. When I asked the (high school?) employee if he knew of another store with more cat options, he kind of snickered and said, “uh, Petsmart?”

Overall not a terrible experience, just not what I was expecting or looking for.
