I like their hours and their services. Staff is always efficient and friendly. I've been going here for years and it's my go to place for returns and deliveries.

The five stars goes to the employees, specially Jeff at that location. It’s one of the busiest locations and they always try to take care of the customers and organize the wait line. Thank you

I am sad to see so many poor reviews from arrogant, entitled customers who think everything happens within their “instant gratification” time frames, or who are angry that costs went up. Check it out: in case you haven’t noticed, costs went up everywhere! It’s just life.

I have a PMB at this location, and this staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and work as quickly as possible to meet everyone’s needs. Much like SO many other businesses these days, they struggle with short staffing and could use our compassion and understanding, not malicious 1-star complaints from people who went there only 1 time. And BTW, I’ve stood and watched people bring boxes full of their dumb amazon binge-shopping returns expecting their shopping addiction regrets to be an employee priority. You suck and are what’s wrong with America. This location is great and the staff are amazing.

This is my regular store and I go here several times a month. They are always efficient and friendly.

You have a gentleman there with blonde, long hair who is incredibly helpful and had amazing customer service skills. You know who you are. I simply went to send out a jacket and I was impressed by your customer service. My little 7 year old said, “wow mom he was so nice”. I told my son, “you see his manners, that’s how it should be.” Thank you!

We had to get some documents notarized. Customer service was nice, she even saved me from a unnecessary expense. It was greatly appreciated.

I love this UPS store they always are polite and friendly I always come here to drop off my Amazon package 📦 😉.

Really great location, wonderful attitudes and patience. I was in and out super quick, and the care of the other customers that were in line before me was genuine and thoughtful.

I just had to drop off a package for an online refund - I got helped before it was my turn, the customer service guy even asked if I wanted a receipt, he was also friendly. Great visit for me. 😊
