Macy's

This review and 5 star rating is specifically for Marcia and Celeste, the sales associates that handle returns and order pickups. I swear these two ladies are the reason I come to this Macy's. Unfortunately, this isn't one of the largest ones that carry exclusive designers so I usually shop online. There are plenty of occasions I've had to make returns and trust me that can be multiple items. Celeste and Marcia always welcome me with a smile and are very patient and attentive to my needs. They embody true customer service at its finest. Thank you ladies for always being so kind and helpful. You're the best and I appreciate you.

I went to Macy's the Monday before Thanksging for Black Friday. I got great discounts on fine jewelry. They mailed a bracelet to my cousin in Chesapeake Virginia, she received it that Wednesday. She was pleased with the silver bracelet. They had 75 percent off fine jewelry.

Although I didn't make a purchase the ladies I was with enjoyed window shopping. Wow!! MACY'S had some great sales going on. As I tagged along I caught the not so subtle hints as to which perfumes they "reallllyyy liked." Yes, I paid attention and now I guess I know what to get them for Christmas. Thanks MACY'S for making it so easy.

Despite it being extremely busy and some customers were very impatient the ladies were very polite and professional.

I love this Macy's! The sales clerks are friendly and the store is neat and clean. You can shop in peace! The store has affordable quality merchandise.

I've always loved shopping at Macy's they have some of the best deals I've felt you just have to know where to look and what you are going after. I love there Clinique dept. and the Cologne for my husband I prefer to go there to get his cool water I can usually find a very good deal and a gift set for both

The nicer department stores are vanishing. Once they're gone, we'll all be stuck with Wal-Mart and Amazon. Macy's has a nice selection of women's clothing and an excellent selection of perfumes. This is a great place to shop for last-minute gifts

Macy's is very clean easy to shop at plus next to Gold's Gym

Peaceful place! If you hate to stay in line while shopping and checkout stop here. Store almost slow but great customer service .

Big as this store was I could not find the right fitting sandal with the right heel height brown sandal shoe Iwas looking for. I was disappointed but I did find something else. You know women. We will find something if we're out Just looking! Something will get our attention! The store has a lot of selections. For children and adults It's hard to leave without buying something especially when they have sales going on. 😆

A wonderful store as you would expect any Macy's to be, unfortunately the mall is quite deserted and as much less inventory is being kept in stock at this Macy's location. The JC Penney's at the the other end of the mall is quite the opposite and offers alot of selections and choices. Hopefully management at this Macy's location take note and make some changes, as shoppers typically go shop here for the full Macy's experience, not a patchwork!

No lines during the week days which was nice

Great selection and the lady in the jewelry department was great. Had an online purchase return and asked her to load the refund on a Macys gift card and it literally took her MAYBE a minute to get that done!!! Very happy with Macy Marley as well as their online order department!
