We were so appreciative of the tremendous service that we received earlier today from Nick Harbert. We have been experiencing difficulties for several days trying to simply transfer our daughter’s work account to our Family Plan via Verizon’s technical “support” avenue over the phone. With no help having been provided, we decided to go the old fashion route of visiting our local branch in the Skywalk Plaza. In turn, Nick’s kind patience and assistance helped us finally witnessing our dilemma resolved.

My interactions with Verizon's in-store customer service have been efficient and positive. The store manager Deshawn was knowledgeable, assisting with device inquiries and plan adjustments. The in-store experience felt personalized. Overall, I appreciate the assistance received in-store and find it a convenient option for addressing specific device concerns my phone.

This review is for Shawn Allen, who works at this location. He was working in a Naples location, temporarily, when I met him. It was my lucky day! Shawn is the most professional, courteous person I have ever dealt with! Patient, attentive, empathetic are just a few adjectives to describe his work ethic! My entire bill had become so complicated I felt lost and confused. Shawn spent hours with me to resolve the account issues. Thank you Shawn 😊

Shawn is a very knowledgeable sales person. He was pleasant and very helpful. He is a good employee to have representing your company.

I remember taking a trip about a week ago and Deshawn the manager at this Verizon Wireless who really helped me out how to understand a feature on my device that I just couldn’t figure out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and most definitely approachable!

Deshawn at Verizon Gateway is awesome! His customer service was one point and efficient as hell. He made my experience enjoyable and went above and beyond to assist me in getting the best product, even checking out my car ports to make sure they matched.

The owner of this franchise clearly knows how to hire great people and lead by example; as the store was immaculate with positive energy vibes! Respect.

I recently visited Florida and happened to stop at the Verizon store last minute. It was not in my plans for the day but I am sure glad I did. Chris was SO HELPFUL regarding my iphone and I watch upgrades purchased at Apple. I was so fortunate and blessed to have him there. He went above and beyond for me. Others there also helped me.

The world needs more people in customer service jobs like Jontel Crouch and Nick. I switched to Verizon over the phone with customer service, and the entire process became a nightmare. After waiting for weeks and spending over 10 hours on the phone with Verizon, I was directed to the corporate Verizon store, the corporate store here in Fort Myers, and the nightmare got worse with corporate Verizon store! The manager and agents was so rude and not helpful, after this experience I was very Frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I ended up at this Verizon store with Jontel and Nick. Thanks to them, I am still a Verizon customer. They took their time to help – such kind, helpful, and understanding people. I have no words to express my gratitude to Jontel and Nick; they are the best of the best. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for great service and good results. Jontel and Nick saved Verizon a customer. I was ready to leave, and they made the difference! Thank you, guys! Verizon needs to hire more people like you

Jordan was amazing. I had a completely dead SIM card and zero ability to phone text or internet and he spent at least an hour on the phone with Xfinity helping me get the required PIN code to transfer my services to a new phone. I would highly recommend him and Verizon!

Shawn assisted me with phone repair and took care of problem promptly and corrected problem with courteous approach!

Came into Verizon today to start a new phone plan, get a new phone and wanted to keep my existing phone number. Jordan was very knowledgeable on the process, made this extremely easy and was beyond capable of answering all of my questions. The entire transfer was quick, and flawless. I would recommend this Verizon location and Jordan to anyone!

So i went today to this location fustraited about my verizon home 5g internet being slow and the guys at this locstion were super friendly.
i tottally suggest whoever has verizon or whoever wants to switch to it.
