Juan was AMAZING!!!I clearly got a superstar. (I found out later he was a supervisor). But I cannot say enough wonderful comments. He was so professional and welcoming from the beginning. It was especially refreshing for me because I’m almost 68 years old and the Apple Store environment can be very overwhelming. As usual the store was overflowing with customers (see pictures). Juan did an excellent job of explaining the process and it really calmed my nerves. I had to replace my granddaughter’s iPhone after a year of use and I was concerned if getting the Apple care insurance was going to be helpful. It was!!!! Apple Care turned out to be a great investment for a teenager’s phone. And just as promised and promptly at 1:30 pm my appointment to replace my phone occurred. Juan set my next tech JP up for success and within 30 minutes I was out the door with my new replacement phone. I’m so grateful and impressed with my experience today!!

I love going to the apple store. It is a Christmas moment any time I go in there. My kids love to go as well they play with every item they have on display. Staff is always supper attentive even on the days we just go in there just to have fun.

We went to this location tonight and Marcella is a true gem. She let us look, but was ready to help as soon as we were ready. She answered our questions, took care of our issues, and provided great conversation as we took care of things. She’s an U of M fan, but these Buckeyes were very pleased.

My Genius Bar appt was on a Monday morning at 10:30. The horrible reviews scared me but I had an efficient idiot and all employees I came in contact with were pleasant. I came back 2 hours later to pick up my repaired phone and it went by easy. I would recommend coming here during the day on a weekday, but run like hell if you have to come on a weekend lol

Da’nasia (I’m sorry for the miss spell) is very calm and generous, I was very upset but she was able to work through it and help me. I was having problems with my phone and she helped fix it over the phone with me by screen sharing and stuff. I want her to get a raise she deserves it. And she will know who this is because I told her I’m writing her a review because she was so amazing to me. I was damn near yelling and just so upset about my phone and she was able to calm me down and walk me through everything. Honestly she’s a real one! 💯 love her! ❤❤

I had an appointment at Apple to have a technician replace my camera lens. I Was greeted by Landon with a warm welcome and a smile . He looked at my phone and quickly identified that it was a film that was put over the lens. So he started taking the film off and then had me follow him to have a seat and wait for my appointment time. In the meantime, London came back and said let me help you with that. I can probably save you some time. He did remove that film for me and said nothing was wrong with my camera lens. I just want to recognize, Landon for going that xtra mile although he probably was assigned to triage . Thank you

I came here with a kind of annoying request but Jacob from this store patiently helped me return and rebuy my items as well as explain a lot of things I didn’t understand. Everyone here was really nice and helpful, I don’t understand why this store doesn’t have 5 star ratings but everytime I come, I’ve always had a great experience here. Greeted and guided to where I needed to go as soon as I walked in, even though it looked busy! Thanks again Jacob! I appreciate it

I made a claim using my AppleCare and wasn’t sure how all this went I just had an appointment and showed up. I wish I would have gotten the guys name that serviced me because he was amazing. The whole process was fast even with the store being packed. He is someone who cares and an amazing employee for Apple Store. Just in the time I was there I seen so many people giving their apple technician such a hard time. So even seeing what they have to deal with I’m sure daily this guy that helped me was just all around great. A huge thank you to him.

I went the weekend of the iPhone 15 release and the place was crazy packed. I was still able to get help very quickly to try on a watch band. They were very nice with letting me try the different sizes on and I did not feel rushed even though it was very busy. Overall a smooth process and great visit!

Went to the Apple Store on 1/24 to inquire about switching to an iPhone 15 Pro. I have been a long time Samsung user for around the last decade, but with the problems my S21+ and S23 Ultra had, I wanted to try something new. Maribel answered all of my questions and helped me make the switch over to iPhone. So far it's been working great, no more dropped calls and dropped Wi-Fi like on my Ultra! I can't thank Maribel enough for being so friendly and making the switch seamless.

HOT TIP for anyone switching to iPhone from a Samsung phone, the move to iOS app may or may not transfer all of your messages, and the photos/videos in the gallery likely won't appear with the correct timestamps. I'm still figuring out how to get all of my text messages back, but for the photo gallery I uploaded everything to Dropbox, and hopefully can import the library over to iCloud that way.

This place is fantastic. It was the first time that I went and I never saw so many people in one store, but they turned people with information and it was pretty quick getting help in there. I wasn’t an apple user before that I am now.

If you are dining in or taking out, they have a terrific menu if you like ribs, burgers, country fried steak, chicken, they do it all right. The server staff is very good and great at handling families and couples. This will be a regular eat in and take out place for me since moving to Wesley Chapel a little over two years ago.

They have great products from I phones to iPads and computers and all the accessories you would need for your electronics. Very busy store and if you need tech help make an appointment and they will take care of it. Had every iPhone iPad and computer imaginable. Prices were pretty good compared to other places that sell them. Would recommend this place definately

Spent two days here bc I forgot my password to my MacBook Air. Once I went home and got my receipt, I decided to trade it in for an iPad & Apple Pencil. Amanda & Trish were amazing, patient amd kind the whole time. Satisfied customer.

Josh did a great job at helping me. My MacBook Air wouldn’t turn on and within 10 minutes he had it on and running. Thanks so much!

Great Apple shop with very friendly staff, always something to see and love that there are a few different accessories to those shops in the UK.

I didn’t end up purchasing anything but did talk to members of the team about various things including the upcoming WWDC

Very nice Apple store in high end mall, large store which offers Apple classes.
Very busy when we went, we had called Apple customer service earlier to confirm the store had what we wanted and get our out the door cost,the representative was very knowledgeable and the information she gave us matched the in store information and cost. Kathy in the store was very nice. informative, not pushing additional sales. Highly recommend the Apple shopping experience.

Apple Inc. What can you say? Superb buying experience, very knowledgeable staff. Talked to Jeremy and he got us exactly what we needed.

We personally use all Apple products in the home and the business.

Very intuitive, easy to use, and durable products.

Cheryl was and is the bomb, had a iPad that wouldn’t turn on, had it diagnosed and a prognosis in just a few minutes. Highly recommend… but come early on a Sunday their full… had to wait an hour but the place was packed still totally pleased with the results… Go Cheryl Go…..
