Orchards Ace Hardware

I shop here often, but had not ordered online for delivery before today. I found the item I needed, completed my order easily, and was happily surprised when Ace called to see if they could deliver it right away. So they were extra-fast! And the wonderful person who delivered my heavy items offered to place them where I needed them inside my garage. I'm so grateful! Orchards Ace Hardware is excellent!

I brought in a new wooden coat tree that I thought was missing screws. The associate (wish I would have gotten his name) spent a long time trying to find just the right parts and then figured out that I had the right screws all along, they just went into to tree in an odd way. Thank you so much for all your help! I ended up buying 2 candles anyway. They have a lot of useful and cool things in this store and the staff are very friendly anf helpful.

Caleb and Sal went above and beyond to assist me with reattaching my lawn mower blade after having it sharpened when i was struggling to do so. It definitely was not their job to do so but they willingly assisted me, even searching videos to ensure it was done right. Thank you for embodying a true spirit of being "helpful hardware men"! You made a customer for life!

The staff at this Ace Hardware is the best. Bill in the paint department is so helpful and nice. While Bill was mixing up my paint an elderly man came in and needed help, the lady at the front got him a chair while he waited for someone to come talk to him and then they carried what he bought out to his car for him. You'll never receive this kind of customer care and kindness at a big box hardware store.

I LOVE ACE! I’m like a kid in a candy shop! They will have what you are looking for! Trust me! I have a blast coming here looking at all the gadgets. We came here for a better quality snow shovel and we found one! They have free popcorn in the back to enjoy while you are shopping. They also have a nice gun store attached to it. My husband has been treated very well there and respected. He has bought two guns from them before and they had excellent customer service!

I love this store. I could spend all day looking at cards and all the interesting things that could make good gifts. My husband loves the store too but he likes everything else!!

Whitmire and his boss, Brett, searched ACE stores for this blue beauty we had our heart set on. They held it while we were on vacation, assembled it and delivered it the day after we returned. The product knowledge and customer service at this store is outstanding! We love our Orchards ACE store!!!

The staff here is so helpful! We visited today to get the pieces to reattach a wheel to our lawn mower. Tammy took care of us and pieced things together so quickly! Thank you, Tammy!

I've really never had a bad experience at this or any other Axe Hardware. It generally lives up to what I expect from a business. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place though maybe a little too stocked. (When you have that much stuff it makes it challenging to find what your looking for) not a complaint. Just an observation.
But if you do have a similar situation. There's plenty of staff to help you.

Amazing location! Helpful and friendly staff! Different than other ACE’s for sure. Would love to see an online gun page for their store soon! Hopefully they can provide feedback on that! Or if they require any help?

I have been a fan of Ace Hardware for a very long time. They somehow manage to take a large chain store and somehow make it feel home town small and make you feel like they're your hometown hardware store. Keep up the good work and I'll be seeing you all soon.

They cut two short pieces off a longer pipe. I got a price adjusted to my shorter lengths. And they were happy the whole time 😃

Ace always reminds me of those times as a kid and going to the hardware store with my grandfather. Still feels and smells the same as it did growing up. The only difference is the prices. You're gonna pay a little more than at the big box stores, But you're getting a more knowledgeable and friendly staff.

As soon as I entered I was greeted by two cheerful female cashiers. Wow! It takes soooo much pressure off of a woman going into a hardware store seeing smiling women. All the men were very friendly too! I was asked if I needed help and was able to mosey around and price things out. I felt so welcome and I'll definitely come back

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. They will help you with anything you need. Walk you to the product you are looking for, match a bolt or nut for you. Almost always have what I am looking for at a competitive price. Rewards program is great. This location has a great sporting good department.

Very friendly staff always love going here for my hardware needs. Their paint is very good quality. I love how you can buy individual screws and bolts and nuts and not have to buy a whole pack like at home Depot or Lowe's it is really great for a quick stop
