Minimal Market

I came in here the other day and I loved it! It was so practical for buying in bulk, and I loved the overall look of the store. One of my favorite things about it is that you can bring storage containers even if they are not completely empty. They just weigh your jars before hand, and that way you don’t have to bring new containers every time. They also have jars you can buy and fill up, and small carts too. 5 stars.

I just discovered Minimal Market and I am so happy. I am on a ultra health journey looking for a great local place that has mostly local food and organic. I just left and I love the dried fruit that I got, no sugar added, and they are very tasty! I also got the tricolor quinoa along with organic beef tallow.

I will be a long time customer now. I met Ben yesterday and he walked me through the store and explain everything to me. Great brand experience!

I encourage everyone to come here and shop local! Great family business in Loveland!

I love being able to buy only the amounts that I need and not having to waste unnecessary packaging. It’s also a great way to try samples without having to commit to an entire large package of a food or product. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful concept!

If any other witches are reading this review and considering getting spell craft ingredients here: Don't walk, run! I was able to get the exact amounts I needed of so many powerful herbs. The lovely girl working behind the counter was so helpful and answered all of my questions, then taped and weighed the myriad of items I got with patience and kindness. The prices are amazing, and so is the quality. So grateful I was able to get everything I need here and spend a mere FOUR DOLLARS! I will be a dedicated repeat patron of this wonderful establishment from here on out. So grateful for this place.

I am so happy to have the Minimal Market in the neighborhood. This is such a cute little shop full of almost entirely organic bulk dry goods, spices, tea & coffee, snacks and home goods. The owners are friendly and helpful. It's a small space so the selection is especially impressive and easy to navigate and it feels so clean and open.

All you have to do is bring jars or containers to fill and they have a convenient station where you can weigh and mark your containers, but if you don't bring your own containers or (like me) don't bring enough there are jars that you can purchase there and biodegradable bags available for free.

They also have a great selection of local and eco-friendly items that are useful in the kitchen including reusable "paper" towels and locally made soaps. There is a good selection of body care available in bulk too. I got some of the Lavender Body Butter and it is delightful.

It's really lovely to have a market with such a good variety, good sourcing and local products in the neighborhood.

Love the location and concept. It is best if you bring your own containers, like bottles and tubs, but you can buy them there. I love the dehydrated cooked pinto beans as now I can cook just what is needed and not open a whole can. Great ideas for camping, travel, and everyday use.

What a great store! We fill up whenever we can to support local and minimize our environmental impact. There should be one in every town! Plus Ben and Randi are the coolest neighbors ever!

Getting a hand witha scoop into the large glass jars was a bit of a challenge, but that's a tiny issue in the grand scheme of things....

Our new go-to grocer. They have a great selection with good prices, and the shopping experience is so much more enjoyable than big-box grocery stores. Over the past few months we've shifted more and more of our kitchen and pantry to products from Minimal Market and we love it. They're the type of local business you love to have around.

I love this store! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I go every week for just the right amount of seasonings for special recipes I want to try. Instead of having to buy large quantities that I don't need I get a tablespoon or 2, all the while using my own refillable containers! You can get spices, loose leaf tea, all kinds of flour, and you can make your own trail mix with just the things you like! You must go in if you haven't been yet

I was thrilled to stumble by Minimal Market one day and find out it exists. There really isn't any other place like it that I've found in NoCo. You've really helped me to up my cooking game! Also, I came in the other day when Sommer was working, and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.

I love Minimal Market! There are so many options of bulk goods to choose from as well as kombucha, sustainable living items, and more! The staff are knowledgable and friendly - I even got to meet the owners who were so kind!

There is a great variety of items at Minimal Market and some I really didn't expect, like shampoo and other personal hygiene things. I feel like I'm helping to conserve resources when I bring my own containers and refill as needed.

I really like the selection of spices and household products. They also have all of the basic things. Staff is friendly as well. Great store and easy to use. Thank you for opening! (Really love the coffee, laundry detergent and the snack mix!)

Excellent stock of higher end food, food ingredients, dry goods, merchandise, but no/minimal packaging! Dried fruits, assorted grain and trail mixes, flour, coffee, honey, soaps, teas, merchandise, pet items, etc., lots of things. Visiting is a must to appreciate.

It is one of its kind,unique and very handy, full of varieties still reasonably priced store for our daily needs,
They are very friendly and welcoming, nice people.
They were even ready to add few more things to store collection on request, I was impressed by the different flavours of tea,snacks,nuts,dried fruits and flours.
I liked the concept of your own jar/jars for sale and bio-degradable bags for use.
I'm moving in the town,so going to be regular visitor and My good wishes with the owners for running such a nice store...

Thank you so, SO MUCH Minimal Market for bringing a low waste shopping option to Loveland. I love going here to grab spices, detergents, and bulk items. I love that they have non-plastic containers for sale too if you don't have any to bring from home.

Wow! So happy to finally have somewhere to shop that’s not only reasonably priced, CLEAN, and sustainable, but also has a wide variety of options and products. Was so great to stop in this morning and stock up on our regular rice and noodles. Next time I’ll bring my flour and sugar containers too! Very happy with all the options and they didn’t even have everything in stock yet since they just opened. Excited to go back and make it a regular part of our shopping.

I ADORE Minimal Market—it's my epicenter for baking and kitchen food staples. And I feel so good knowing it reduces the carbon footprint. Hayley, Brittany, and all the staff and owners are immensely helpful. Even when Natural Grocers opens up the street, the Min' as I call it, will be where I go for all my bulk grains, dried fruits, spices, and extra-virgin olive oil, and more!!

This place is exactly what Loveland needed! I’ve been making the trek to Longmont without knowing Minimal Market existed. The store is clean, and had some brands I love such as Spinster Sisters, Dr Bronners, and Marley’s Monsters. My husband is Italian and loves that they have 00 flour. We can’t wait to make this a staple store, and are so excited to try everything they carry such as the hot sauce, honey, and maple syrup.
