I honestly don't think I could've asked for a better experience than the one I had with Alan this morning. He was friendly, personable, and most of all knew exactly how to address the issues I was having with my vehicle and then some! I'm grateful to have crossed paths, as I'm confident his suggestions will ensure my vehicle lasts. I do not expect the above and beyond treatment I received today but I am nonetheless amazed. Keep up the great work!

I have been to a few auto parts stores but I find the staff at O'Reilly to be consistently more helpful. They make eye contact and immediately offer to assist you to find what you are looking for.

Had some different items I was looking for and Beau was a great help and took the time to search and make many trips to compare the items

Always nice. I can't say enough how awesome Jeff was today. Tested the battery and alternator, help find one that was affordable and 2yr warranty. Installed the new battery and didn't make me feel like it was a big deal. I'm so thankful for kindness and service like this. Helped a rough morning of car trouble all end up great. Thank you Jeff at O'Reilly. Made my day. I recommend this store for everyone. Worth going out of the way to get too.

Had the right part when I needed it. Was also 20% less than Amazon and I didn't have to wait. Great service as well.

They had what I needed for a price I was willing to pay. Staff at this location was easy to deal with and actually held the part when they said they would.

I hate doing work on my car but one of the employees Chase was awesome. He was so patient with me and helped me to put in two filters for my car. I love supporting businesses in our town. It's easy to do when they have awesome employees. Keep up the great work!

Being new to Loveland I chose O'Reilly Auto Parts to pick up some brake fluid because of their higher Google rating...and the rating was right on! I just needed some DOT3 brake fluid as mine was low and several warning lights were coming on in my 2016 Tacoma. The clerk was super polite and very helpful even walked me over to the aisle to show me exactly where it was. I told him that after arriving the day prior they had started to come on and he explained that changes in barometric pressure could have caused the drop in fluid or by braking extensively coming out of the mountain with a heavy load. I bought a 99 cent funnel with my brake fluid, filled it to the max line and the lights haven't come back on since! Really great customer service!

4 reasons this is a favorite auto parts store:
1) Many (but not all) of the employees are quite knowledgeable and can help you find what you need.
2) They turn brake discs and drums.
3) Their rewards program actually gets you an occasional reward.
4) When I had a problem a few years back, Travis the manager did everything I asked for to make things right, and more. I walked away completely happy.

Sales staff is awesome. Unfortunately have a high rate of turn over 😕. So, I've gotta begin new relationships over and over. But good people

The guys at O'Reilly's always try to help me find what I'm looking for and O'Reilly's always has great prices and selection. I can find most of what I need at O'Reilly's and I know the price will always be good. Shipping is usually less than 24hrs for ordered parts too! I almost never go into their closest competitor's store even though they might be known as "the big boys on the block" in the automotive parts supply industry, because of the difference in customer service. The attitude, or "atmosphere" is always going "the right direction" at O'Reilly's. Stay humble, stay on top. 👌🏾

Commercial department is better than any other parts store! They are willing and able to find and send CORRECT parts the first time! Saves us time and money!
Jessica definitely knows more than the other parts stores. She is able to get whatever you need without a huge hasle. Don't go anywhere else.

I needed a simple bulb changed in my headlight and called and visited 3 different places. As my frustration continued to mount I called this store and Landon answered. He answered my questions, confirmed details, and moat importantly installed my bulb no problems at all. Landon is the ehole package when it comes to Customer Service.

Ryan went above and beyond to help look at my vehicle's problem (even out in the rain!), explain in laymen's terms what was going on, and to help get me safely on the road. I'm very grateful for his kindness and knowledge.

Got the correct box, but wrong part was inside. But the staff were so helpful and nice couldn't help but give them 5 stars. Cooper was a huge help
