Mychelle was very helpful even when other employees didn’t seem to care and take care of our needs. Mychelle has exceeded my expectations we came in for a couple Apple Watches and she explained everything thoroughly and helped us decide on what would work the best for us. Very clean store, was greeted by employees the minute i walked in. I have been a life long Verizon customer but the experience i had at this store got me to give AT&T a chance with no regrets. The store manager was a class act and walked me through the Transfer over. Very helpful, very professional. Would give it 6 stars if i could. Very satisfied with my experience.

Found a trade-in deal that I wanted to do and came in only to find out it was an "online only" offer. Brycen and Garret helped me get the deal anyway and stacked it with an in-store deal. I left with lower bill monthly bill and a new phone.

Haden Keough (store manager) was extremely knowledgeable friendly and made the visit enjoyable. As a manager he listened to all the issues I was having, what I was needing, and how he could further help others on my plan as well. The customer service he provided has convinced me that I ; who lives in Cheyenne Wyoming, will only commute to the 5943 Sky Pond Drive location from now on, unless there is an absolute need to visit the Cheyenne location. He has three very faithful customers from now on!

Went into the store to upgrade 2 phones to Samsung S22. They were out of stock so associate had to order, said it would take 7-10 days. The associate and store manager were both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Received notification the phones shipped out the next day and we will receive on Sat (3 days total). That's awesome customer service and shipping!

We were already customers and had come into the store to see about saving some money from our current plan. Jordyn Reece found us a new plan saving us over a hundred dollars a month! We enjoyed working with him so much we came back to get two new phones as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He provided us with an exemplary customer experience!!

I will never go to a different AT&T location. Haden (the store manager) is the kindest, most helpful salesman I’ve ever met! Not once did I feel pressured into a purchase and I left happier than when I arrived!!! ☺

Garrett and Sydney were great , very helpful. I am not a big fan of Att the corp but people like them are what keep me around as a customer.

I can tell you that my wife and I received 100% world class service from Tami! She was amazing to us! We came in to price shop plans with the goal of eventually leaving our current provider. We were very happy to find out the incredible deal that we’re getting by switching. Also with the extra savings we received it gifted us with an incentive to buy other accessories we never would have been in the market before. Tami was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and she really took the time to understand all our needs. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Now we have an even better plan, at a lower price with a fantastic care package and my wife is tickled pink about being able to get her new Apple Watch! Thank you so much Tami and AT&T. Wish we hadn’t waited so long to switch! You are amazing!

Sara the store manager was great!! I had just recently been to another ATT store and did not have a good experience at all, but coming to this store made up for the poor experience at the other one, excellent customer service and helped us with everything we needed.

I am giving a 5 star rating on this store because of my experience with there sales rep Tami Martinez. She was very helpful and worked tirelessly solving my problem with setting up and switching my account over to Firstnet. She had a great attitude throughout the long daunting process. Amazing to work with! I really appreciate all of her hard work.

Staff was very patient in helping 55+ seniors set up new phone and was knowledgeable when programming difficulties arose. John worked diligently to ensure new phone, second phone and iPad all were functioning properly before we left the store. Which took a good bit of his time. We really appreciate all his knowledge and assistance. Thanks John.

Absolutely the BEST customer service I've had in a VERY long time, if not ever. I just moved from Xfinity to At&t, moving our phones over was an absolute nightmare (from Xfinity NOT AT&T) The employees were patient, supportive and so SO helpful! Best employees ever....thank you, so so much!

My husband Phil and I went to the store on Saturday, 042019. As we entered I was met by employee Robert. I had recently bought a used phone from a friend, and needed help transferring my phone's information onto the new phone. Robert was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with a Sales Rep named Tami Rae who worked off of 5943 Sky Pond Dr., Suite #124, Loveland, CO 80538. She was outstanding! I had a problem with my service on my iPad and she called about 15 people within Corporation to be able to resolve my problem. I'm a door to door sales man and I was deeply impressed with the way she connected with her customers and quickly aided them according to their needs. She even went to the extremes of being on the phone for me and then working with two other customers at the same time! She needs to be payed more!!! I really did enjoy her time! Please talk to her, and she'll give you AT&T's best service guaranteed 💯😉
