Needed a new pair of shoes for the gym; Seth was so so helpful! When i told him of my needs he was able to help me find the right shoes to fit what i was looking for. I learned alot about the different types of athletic shoes and what is good for which type of activity. I apreciate how attentive he was while splitting his time between me, a few others, and some new shipment! The shoes are perfect and i realized how big of a difference they make. THANK YOU SO MUCH SETH!!!

Went to the store to look for a bike for my 12 year old son. Damian(sorry if I spelled it wrong), the associate that helped us, was great. We discussed options at different price points. The size frame for the bike my son wanted to try was not on the floor. He checked inventory and said they just got one in stock and if we had some shopping or whatever he could put it together for us to test.
He put it together, adjusted it to fit my son, explained the shifters, and a short test ride later... SOLD.

He then asked if we wanted to look at kick stands too. I hadn't even thought of that and definitely would have been a bit frustrated if we got home, only to have to come back for one. Again, we discussed options and he sold us a kickstand and installed it right then. Freakin' fantastic customer service!

Then, he talked about their protection plan and the tune ups and other things it covered. Didn't try to hard sell it, just explained it and said it was something he thought was useful and a pretty good deal and was something to consider. Dang it, the dude is good. Sold me that too.

Dean was the associate that checked us out. He was very friendly and showed us the steps required to fill out the protection plan. It took me all of 2 minutes to do that.

Very long story short...We went in to just look, but ended up being very satisfied new bike owners. Thanks to everyone. Best sporting goods store experience I've had.

Zach was awesome and super helpful in finding the Nikes I wanted! Great guy and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to go to a store and have employees know what they’re talking about and have confidence in it as well!!

Bruce spent a ton of time with me fitting me to the right clubs and he even gave me a couple of good tips about my set up. Then the manager Chris helped me with a special promotion. That is great service all the way around. I was very impressed

Anyone who is looking to buy new golf clubs or looking to get fitted, I highly recommend you go see Dave before going anywhere else. He's been in the golf industry for decades. He has great knowledge about clubs, club fitting, and swing mechanics. Thanks for getting my club extensions and grips on within 12 hours, hours notice, Dave!

We ordered some fitness equipment online for curbside pickup. The staff was polite and all were wearing masks and observing social distancing rules for our area. Definitely appreciate their efforts. They loaded our order in no time. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience here. This has been our go to sports store since Sports Authority shut down in Fort Collins. The associate who helped us out, Tyler, was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. He helped us with a return and walked with us to help pick out a bike. He was able to answer all our questions patiently. Skills like these are extremely rare in days where online shopping is taking over the world. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend them.

I have known the family for years, shopped there since, Great Service and friendly staff are happy to help you! And when you check out, they ask if I have found all I was looking for. My adult son love shopping there as Well! He gets friendly service in the golf department!

Aidan is awesome! I called in looking for a Wyoming football shirt or hoodie for tonight’s game. He went out of his way to look and let me know all of the hoodies, shirts, described the colors and sizes!

We came in early Friday morning. My husband was looking for golf shoes. The gentleman in the golf department asked us if we needed help. I found a coupon online for the shoes my husband wanted. The gentleman in the golf department said they would honor the online coupon. He was very helpful and nice. The young man at the checkout desk greeted us and told us to have a good day when we left.

I love this place. They always take care of me. I get promos all of the time. The deals make me want to come back, because some deals are hard to pass up. I can't say enough about how helpful the customer service is at this store. Good job!

The best Dick's Sport I've been to in Colorado. Clean, organized, fairly decent prices on most products. Great staff. I use it for almost everything, camping, fishing, kids sports, coed sports, golf. Pretty fantastic and I love the points program!

Golf department is a 5, always helpful with knowledgable associates in this area. Selection is good, inventory is good, advice is good. The rest of the store has poor customer service though. Usually have to google my questions if I have them because no one is around.
