Went to multiple t-mobile and was told for anything I needed to call the support team. Came to this one and idan was immediately able to fix my problem in person. Made my experience so much easier. Wish all locations were like this.

After a terrible experience at the Longmont Hover location, my husband and I wanted to give it one more try to get me a new phone and I’m so glad we did. Jay and Jayden both were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor experience ten fold. Cannot say enough nice things about them both. All of our phone related business will be done through the Johnstown store from now on.

We had to go in to this location to do a ton of things (family of 6).
We upgraded phones, added a line and shifted phones around. We also had are sims switched to the 5G network of T-Mobile while we were there because we are original Sprint customers. Always keep in mind, these things take a lot of time. You should never go to a phone store expecting to be in and out in an hour. This location has the most knowledgeable, honest and personable employees I have ever worked with at a retail store. Alea and Liliana were great!! My husband and I were completely satisfied in the transition and all of our transactions. I had gone to this store several times in the past and have had our accounts messed up. Alea and Liliana are a dynamic duo and are well versed in the T-Mobile network. I would rather go back to this store and wait for these to reps instead of calling the customer service line or going to a different location. Cell phones are so crucial these days and my husband and I are finally happy we have somewhere trustworthy to go if need be.

I came in to purchase an Apple Watch and was met with seriously the friendliest staff!! Alea B helped me and was SO awesome and informative! She guided me through the whole process including helping me pick the perfect watch, and even went as far as helping me set it up! The process took much longer than anticipated and they waived my activation fee as a courtesy! Amazing staff and very professional, definitely will be going to this location for all my t-mobile needs!

Went to Tmobile to add a line. Worked with customer service rep, Yoni. He made the experience as pleasant as possible! I was so pleased with his knowledge and customer service! I'm not a "techie" person and don't enjoy these types of errands but he was so helpful and nice! I'd totally recommend HIM! I'll always request him in my future Tmobile endeavors!

After a long frustrated journey I walked into this store thinking it was a corporate store. Spoke to Alea and she said let me look at your account and the phone you ported over. Needless to say the phone was to old for the SIM card, it literally took her seconds to tell me that. I didn’t want to buy a new phone but really there was no alternative and because Alea was compassionate and honest some how it eased my willingness to buy it. My Mom was diagnosed with COVID-19 and she is doing great but this phone is one of means of communication to talk to her sisters, children, Mom etc. then Brandon her manager walked in and grabbed the new phone and didn’t miss a beat started talking to me while putting the screen protector on. He also was so nice and empathetic. I am impressed by this great team. There was another gentleman there that was helping another customer who was just as amazing. Long story long this will be the store I go to for now on. The customer service was amazing! Thank you Alea B. And Brandon!

Just an amazing overall experience. The ASM assisted me and was seriously super knowledgeable and informed me of things I had no idea about my account, got me switched over fully to TMobile and made a task I dread having to do a great experience. This is a super location and she was awesome!!

Recently we stopped at the T-Mobile store on Thompson Parkway in Johnstown to resolve a problem with our prepaid account. We were able to work with the store manager, Brandon. He spent a lot of time with us and we were very impressed with his problem solving skills and broad knowledge of how things work. He knew just what to do, which involved contacting several different people, to thoroughly understand the situation. At each level he carried on a dialogue with us to make sure that he was on the right track. His personal skills are excellent. Once he had solved the problem he carefully helped us write things down and he demonstrated on a computer the important points we needed to remember. Brandon is also an excellent teacher and we were more than pleased that he was available to help us

This was the second time Alea helped my family with picking out a new phone! She was extremely helpful both times, and has exceptional customer service. Made sure I had everything I needed before I walked out, and explained everything I needed to know in detail to me. Nice clean store, and everyone there was happy to answer with any questions I had.

Wow, what amazing customer service from Alea and Brandon. Brandon explained plans in detail and put our phone protective glass on perfectly. We spent hours with Alea setting up new phone plans, transferring data and setting up new watches. Alea is smart, personable and focused - she doesn’t miss anything. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of this visit and transaction.

Great experience here! Struggled all day over the phone and in other stores, was turned down service at 2 stores! Lilianna and Alea were GREAT help and went above and beyond to help us! will definitely continue to come to this store vs others nearby!
