Recently purchased a hot tub from Spa Palace and Monty was extremely helpful. I researched and shopped around for over 6 months before making this purchase. I can’t express how happy I am with his professionalism and customer service…. They are top notch. Additionally, his installation crew was on time, and very helpful getting me started. Highly recommend Monty and Spa Palace.

I can't say enough good things about Spa Palace. We bought our hot tub 2 years ago. The sales process was easy - Monty is great to work with and the service is equally as good. We have had a few minor service calls. Don is experienced and efficient and shows up when expected.

Unfortunately for us, we did not purchase our hot tub from Spa Palace; however, that has not prevented Monty and his team from providing wonderful customer service! We purchase all our supplies and what replacements we can from Spa Palace vs. where we purchased the hot tub. They are honest, straightforward, and do not try to oversell. You will not be disappointed!

Monty and his crew are the most professional people in the industry. And I don’t say it lightly. We have two identical hot tubs (one in our primary home and another in our vacation home). The primary home hot tub was bought through Spa Palace of Fort Collins, and we feel very confident with our decision to go through them! Monty has been there for us during a pandemic (supplying chemicals), with advise when our toddler makes a big mess in the tub and we need to clean it up, and everywhere in between! Great, hard-working guys who go above and beyond to make it right for their customer! They carry Jacuzzi and their sister brands, and we would never consider buying anything else. The price point is not the lowest, but you cannot beat the quality, warranty and customer service that comes with these tubs. Highly recommend!

We just received our Sundance spa and are loving it so much. The team at Spa Palace were easy and efficient to work with as well. The delivery team was extremely considerate of my property and very, very strong!! They even took the time to give me a tutorial on maintenance, water quality basics, and even offered to sample our (well) water. Mike, the owner is a wonderful man as well and helped us get the exact tub we have always dreamed of!! We had a very positive experience and recommend them without hesitation.

Monte and his crew were fantastic! We bought a Sundance Spa and are very pleased. Everything is very straight forward in terms of pricing and included items. He helped us select a perfect tub for our house. They came and set everything up and provided us with a reference for an electrician. One stop shopping, great products and great service.

We were in the market for a hot tub and looked at different stores throughout northern Colorado until we found Spa Palace in Fort Collins. The professionalism that Monte displayed and welcoming attitude really provided us reassurance in purchasing the right hot tub that would fit our needs. He knew exactly what would suit our home and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The delivery service was smooth and his employees were able to deliver and set up the hot tub within an hour at the most. We bought our first hot tub from Monty in 1999 and now are on our second. We have always been treated fantastic form both Monty and Don, who has come out to do repairs and help replace our cover. They have helped me over the phone when our tub wasn't working right. Talked me through some check points, that may or may not fix the problem, and so far we have been lucky that it was something minor and we were able to fix as we were talking to Don over the phone. This saved us lots of money since we ended out not needing him to come out. They could of just set up a service time, came out, fixed the problem, (which we were able to do on our own with help over the phone), and charge us for a house call, which they didn't! I highly recommend Spa Palace and it's owner Monty.

When it comes to buying what YOU want, this place is the best for Hot Tubs. Monte will offer up educational material for you to make your own decisions and does not high pressure you. Such a refreshing confident purchase I made here. Monty knows me by name and is able to suggests products to help my family's hot tubing experience. I had an issue with a siding panel because of high winds and it was fixed within 48 hours. "I expected a nightmare, I received a blessing."

Monte, at Spa Palace, was extremely informative, polite and very helpful. I was in the process of moving and he worked with me for many months until I could finally take delivery. The delivery went smoothly and the guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. They went over everything about the spa and cleaned up before they left. I would definitely recommend Spa Palace and Monte to anyone wanting to purchase a hot tub or related products.

Monte and his staff have given us excellent service and advice and respond quickly and professionally whenever I’ve reached out with a problem. This time my spa had quit working completely. We bought a Hydropool from Jack at Spa Palace in Fort Collins and have been so please from start to finish with the purchase and install. What a great team that really cares about their customers. The install of this massive spa was seamless and Jack coordinate a crane to deliver and helped finalize spa set up. This is a very professional outfit look no further!

We have had a hot tub that we purchased from Monti about six years ago. He recommended the Sundance brand and promised it's maintenance would be minimal. He was more than correct! I have had to empty and refill my tub only 3 times in six years and one of those was to move it up onto my deck with a crane.

Monti also know his products well and will be honest re: which filters last longer, work better, etc. I used to check the pH every week for about the first year, but now, I have abandoned the pH check and just make sure I shock it every time I use it or at least once/2 weeks and the water is always crystal clear with minimal soap scum along the sides that cleans up easily with Clorox wipes.

Monte sat and talked through issues we were having with our 2004 model Jacuzzi J-335 today for almost 30 minutes...This spa was used when we got it in 2009, and because of the care and maintenance schedule that I was given by Monte 8 years ago, our spa is still in TIP-TOP condition!! I am very grateful for the knowledge that he has as far as chemicals go, and he was a huge help in determining what to use and the schedule. I find all of the bad reviews on here from folks quite comedic as Monte and his staff have never been anything but helpful and patient through my questions every time I have been in! I stopped by the Shrader's Country Store on my way home from work Tuesday evening. It had started to rain and as I pulled into the parking lot it began to hail. There was a woman in dress clothes borrowing a gas can and buying gas at the counter. The pump outside had been authorized for her one gallon purchase, but before she could get out to the pump another vehicle drove up. A very pleasant Spa Palace employee was in the store and offered to run out, in the rain, and fill the gas can for her so the other driver didn't use her gas. She objected at first, but finally agreed to let him help her. After he returned to the store with the gas it was still pouring. Her car was on the edge of the parking lot with a child inside. The Spa Palace guy offered to put the gas in her car while she waited where it was dry. Again she objected, but we convinced her to let him help her. He was so pleasant and helpful! After the gas was in her vehicle he made sure she was set and "good to go" before heading to his own truck - drenched.

I was so impressed with the integrity of this man and the company he represented! It is refreshing to experience that level of compassion and service from people. If this gentleman is any indication of the level of professionalism of Spa Palace I would recommend using them for any spa purchase or service!
