The whole staff is incredibly helpful at finding what you need. I had to deal with a return of an Aero Precision upper and Jackie took care of everything and made the process very smooth even through complications on the sellers end! Can’t recommend this gun store enough!

Stopped at P.M. because of a concern I had with one of my sidearms. I went in with the expectation of needing to order a part to resolve, but I wanted an expert to take a look to verify. P.M. took an extensive look at my sidearm, broke it down, inspected, and gave me assurance that the piece I was concerned about was not a concern, explaining the functionality of the minute part and why it would continue to function. Long story short, I was convinced and was happy to NOT need to place an order or begin a lengthy repair.

I stuck around to see what they had in stock as I have been on the hunt for a specific 9mm that had no luck finding in the area. I didn’t see it, or the standard version so I asked if they had seen or had previously carried the sidearm I was looking for…. They found it in minutes, printed a quote for me, and kindly said here is pricing if you decide to come back and order. I hovered around because I was contemplating right then and there, they noticed and chuckled telling me no pressure and to think about it at home. I had been looking for this very specific version for months so I asked to order. I paid within minutes and a day and a half later, It arrived.

These folks were so welcoming and kind. Not to say that other shops aren’t welcoming, but go in and talk to these folks, if you’re like me, you’ll think to yourself that this is the type of business that you want to buy from, great people with great character. It’s been more than a decade and a few states since I’ve called a gun shop “my shop”; these are those type of folks.

I usually dread going into gun stores and try and shop online as much as possible. It’s always hit or miss on the level of service you receive, and you never know who’s ripping you off. However, today I stumbled on a real gem in the community. From the moment I walked in, Mike was extremely welcoming and was happy to answer any questions I had. Other places treat you like an inconvenience when you start asking questions, but Mike was patient, professional, and I knew I could trust his opinion. I wasn’t actually planning on purchasing anything when I went in, but I couldn’t leave empty handed after the level of service I received there. This is a nice locally owned gun shop. You will always get great personal service and advise. I have purchased quite a few firearms and accessories at PM guns. All at a good competitive price. If you feel "lost in the crowd" or hurried at other guns shops in our area, stop by and visit with Pat and Jacki

A very small and old world feeling gun store. That's not an insult, it's a compliment. A small group of friendly staff who are more than willing to help you with whatever they can and chat with customers. I saw a few folks come in when I was there one time and the staff all knew them by name, it's that sort of place. I think I've even seen a cute gun store dog behind the counter, which is always a plus. Jackie went out of her way to help me get the brand new Glock 20 Gen 5 a few months back just a few days after they were announced. I got my gun even before the Glock site listed it as a current product. I went in on a whim and ended up with a new 10mm, very cool.

Very knowledgeable and willing to educate me on my Walther PPK, wealth of knowledge. Great job cleaning my Sig and Walther. Patrick was very helpful and eager to serve.

Absolutely amazing service. I wanted a very specific hand gun and almost no gun shop in Colorado had it. I finally called P.M. Guns and Patrick the owner answered and told me the gun is no longer made. Not one other gun shop told me that, amazing. What's really cool is Patrick had the gun, yeah. It takes an hour and fifteen min. to get to his shop and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a gun, very cool experience. Within 25 min. Patrick's wife Jacki had the background check done and processed my credit card. I needed a holster for the gun and since the gun was no longer produced Patrick recommended Longs Shadow Holster in Lafayette, which was an amazing experience since I went there the next day, Thank you so much Patrick and Jacki for the gun and the recommendation to Shadow.

What a wonderful tucked away gun and supplies shop. Staff is extremely helpful and willing to locate and ship firearms to their store if they are not currently carrying it. The shop may seem small but the firearm selection is beyond impressive. One of the few shops that stocks IWI weapons. Staff is easy to talk to and willing to help and answer any questions if they can. Shop dog is super cute too.

First and foremost, the level of knowledge and customer service is outstanding. I have purchased ammo, supplies and used firearms from them and have always had a great experience. The store has a very familial feel.
I would recommend this store for first timers needing advice as well as seasoned shooters who dont want the advice but need it! :-)

My wife and I had no idea what to expect as we walked in as first time firearms purchasers. We picked P.M. because it got great reviews and, quite frankly, because it was located in the county and we didn't have to pay city sales tax. Patrick helped us both find the perfect firearm. He spent a couple of hours with us making sure we understood the differences in manufacturers, types of firearms, that the fit was right, and that we would be safe and satisfied gun owners going forward. I can't say enough about our experience. We commented on the way home that it was probably the best retail experience we have ever had. We will return over and over again as we need to purchase supplies and etc. Thank you Patrick!

I called ahead to make sure the owners weren't going to be too busy. Glad I did. I was well received and well taken care of. I had a rather minor request to maintenance my firearm and was out of their fine shop in about 30 minutes. A friend of mine suggested I visit the shop and now I'm passing on the same recommedation.

They great ammo prices, great folks that will stop and talk to you. I went in the first time, Pat listen and gave lots of good advice!! He is a licensed Glock armorer. Great advice on upgrading my Glock 48MOS. He actually told what shouldn't do and what was not need.😉

Love this local owned gun shop. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. Refreshing to have adult conversation with any of them.
If they don't have something in stock, while you shop/wait, they check to see if it's something they can order in. No pressure to purchase after it is in and you decide not to purchase the item.
Had some gunsmithing completed last year and the workmanship was beyond what we had ever imagined or expected! We are in Longmont, but we make the trip to Ft. Collins just to visit and shop at the store.

This is by far my favorite gun store to visit. Patrick is an awesome gunsmith. I’ve brought multiple rifles in to get work done and Pat always makes time for me. The work is top notch. If you need anything done, go to Pat.

I have both purchased and had gunsmithing done here. Patrick and his wife are awesome folks.

Love this store. Let's start by saying it's out of city limits so no sales tax! Great selection of guns, ammo, holsters, suppressors, uppers, lowers, targets, and body armor. Great staff that engages with customers and will give you honest feedback and advice. Very under rated store that packs a lot into a small store.

I went over today cause looking for a new cotter pin (the one that holds the firing pin in place on my AR-15) I was certain i had bent it cause i had trouble reinstalling it. The gunsmith informed me that they are supposed to be a little opened and it wasn't bent, he then proceeded to actually helped me reinstall the one i thought was bent. He was very informative and showed me a good way to install it next time i need to take it off. I went ahead and purchased one anyways for back up, but wow what a great place! They could have easily just sold me the product and been done there but they took the extra step to help out a new gun owner. This was my first time at this shop and definitely not my last. Thank you guys, I really appreciate it!
