Awesome service!! I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and couldn’t be happier with the results!! The gentleman working tonight didn’t have too but he stayed an extra 30 minutes just to accommodate getting my new phone hooked up!! Keep up the good work you guys and forget Walmart. I will always be coming over here from now on!!

Only my 2nd time in the store. The first time wasn’t impressive. However yesterday my opinion has changed. Jennifer’s professionalism and knowledge is 2nd to none. She got what I needed ordered immediately. What’s also great is both times I’ve had to order it in. It came the next day. As someone who’s been in business all my life. This is wonderful to see

James is a nice guy very intelligent very professional I spent a few hrs doing an upgrade from a Samsung to an iPhone and let me tell you he seemed like a friend I had never even knew I had me and him had wonderful conversations and honestly I can say this location is very lucky too have him he’s a great salesman he seems to love his job and seems to care for the customers he made me feel comfortable and welcoming he made me want to continue my business with att for many years to come instead of pushing the customer away he brought the customer in with a very welcoming presence I hope someday to cross paths with James again he’s a good guy and I think highly of him and I want say I thank att for providing great service as well this has been a wonderful experience at this location in north platte Nebraska.
