I purchased a fire truck balloon, but needed it blown up at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Nice lady, I just paid inflating fee. I am happy, thank you.

Went in to drop off balloons to get blown up and delivered. Autumn helped me find some items I was looking for and with my balloon order. She was extremely helpful, super friendly, and had great customer service overall! The store was clean and well stocked. I like this location. I have only had great experiences with staff!

Was so happy to find a balloon bouquet for my daughter for just $22. It helped because I didn't have to worry about putting balloons together, it was already done well for me. My daughter appreciated them too.

Friendly Staffs. A lot of fun/party things are around. When I also asked for a refund, staff was willing to help.

Good place to get all kinds of party supplies and gift wrappings. That's what I shopped for was Baby shower gift bag and tissue paper for my daughter's baby shower that following weekend I shopped.
