Went for baby swimsuits and absolutely loved the selection. Also they have excellent baby carrier options, much cheaper then what you can find on FB marketplace. Was able to sell some newborn items but not many due to them already being stocked in that size. They do donate so that was quite convenient.

I've been shopping at OUAC for quite some time, so this review is long overdue. Even though I have shopped at other locations, Brandon is my favorite! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and some of them even know my name, since I shop there often. I love finding great deals on clothing, shoes, toys, and books. There's a wide variety of brands, styles, and sizes to choose from. It's surprising how many brand-new items I've come across and bought for a fraction of its retail price. “Tote Bag Tuesday” is great; anything that fits inside my OUAC tote bag is discounted an additional 10%. Selling to this store is easy and convenient, and I don't have to bother with trying to post and communicate with strangers on selling apps. If you love a great selection and great deals, this is your store!

I love this store! We started buying my toddlers entire wardrobe from here. We got her a whole 24mo wardrobe for what Carter's charges for 3 outfits. If you trade in clothes here, they can donate any that they don't accept on your behalf as well. If you come regularly, you can also find some real gems. We've bought most of the cast of Sesame Street from this store (although they are a very hot commodity!) and just today I bought a slide priced online at 150 dollars! With 50 dollars store credit, it barely cost me 10 dollars out of pocket, and it looks new! People also frequently donate Radio Flyers in great condition. Used clothes and toys are absolutely the way to go for little ones, and both me and my child have a ton of fun shopping here.

I love this once upon a child location. The staff is always helpful and kind to me. The selection is great and always different. Anytime i bring items they take a ton of my stuff. I don’t even mind the store credit option because there’s so many good quality items available. They put in a lot of effort to make this very popular location great!

Ms. Vicky and Haley did an amazing job helping me with my son’s birthday. Highly recommend this place. Amazing job thank you staff thank you once upon a child you guys are amazing keep up the good work.

This place is the best consignment shop hands down! They under promise and over deliver! All the regular employees seen to show up almost everyday so they get to know your name and are always friendly even to the rude customers who bring in the dirty bad items that get sent back with them lol! All the woman there have a positive vibe and work hard on a heavy work load to get it done same day and get your items, cash or credit to you!! All positive!! Tiny but powerful!

So, I can honestly say I read the reviews before going and entered with trepidation. However, I found the experience pleasant, easy and the prices were fantastic. The employees were busy, but I prefer to look without help/ pressure. The check out experience was outstanding and they checked iD to match credit card which we are always pleased to see at retailers. Looking forward the next stage of baby needs so we can revisit

Updating my review. I believe this location came under new management a few years ago and it has been amazing ever since. The smell that once lingered the store is now gone. Items are organized and easy to browse with a great selection.
I am also a seller and always feel like I receive a decent offer for my items.

I stopped by this location today and let me tell you, I felt like i was hunting for treasure. They could definitely use a larger space so they can properly display everything they have - so much stuff it was awesome!! By far the best consignment shop I've been to. So many things and their prices are fair. I have a 6 yr old that outgrows his wardrobe at least every other month. I walked out of there with 20 clothing items and a toy for $80. Good quality stuff that was gently used. The staff was friendly, i had to wait a little to check out, but for those that complain that the staff chats too much and causes delays, it was so worth the wait (5 mins tops, not a big deal). This store has a ton to offer. They have great variety at great prices. We have found MANY brand new pairs of shoes here for my son and great deals on toys. The staff are always very helpful and are very thorough when looking through my stuff to sell. I love that they also offer the option to donate to those in need. GREAT store!

This store is very hard to shop at with your kids because there is so much stuff its neat but theres just stuff every where like they need a bigger place. There are some things I wonder why they are selling (old,dingy.etc) but all in all this store is not bad staff membet I think was manager helped me look through a ton of tap shoes to find my daughters size while she had a busy busy store so I liked that. UPDATE I went back today and I feel so blessed the manager overheard me talking to my mom about trying to pay some bills and she told me she’s gonna help me the best she can and gave the cash instead of store credit. Left me feeling like there are good people in the world.

A bit pricy for some items... even so the store completely earned five stars because of his family first policy. I walked in and was greeted by a very lovely young lady holding an infant and pricing items to be sold. When I asked if it's the company's policy to allow mothers to keep their children with them while they're working in this child friendly environment I was told yes. For this reason I'm more than happy to pay

I purchased many items for my daughters who are now 21 and 26 years old. I am now purchasing for my grandchildren. I find incredible prices and many items that have never been worn. Once Upon a Child is the first place I stop when shopping for my grandchildren. Their selection is tremendous and their employees consistently friendly and helpful.

I like this store a lot! I love the clothes, toys, and accessories (some are brand new from vendors). I have to say the biggest reason I like this store is that it's clean! I've been to some places that have a "musty smell", but NOT THIS PLACE! Things are organized and well kept. The only drawback I have are the isles are very tight for my stroller, the cash wrap isn't set up right (can't handle lines of people), and they don't give you a lot for your stuff. But I look at it like this, the hassle of selling online, meeting someone that may not show, and/or shipping your items, may not be worth it overall. It's easier to bring it there, get cash, and spend your extra time on other things.

Me & my mom went there for the first time today and we had such a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Katie was very personable & knowledgeable she helped so so much!! As a first time mom she told me so many things that will help me in the long run ! I really enjoyed this experience and atmosphere and I will for sure be back !

We went looking for size 4 uniforms. Found what we were looking for and a beautiful rocking chair that was not on our list. The ladies were nice enough to help us to load the chair in the car. Very helpful staff and friendly. I felt welcomed. I will become a regular customer. Thank you

Went here for the first time and was super pleased with how organized and clean the inside of this store was. The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. We can’t wait to visit again. We spent $49 and got 5 receiving blankets, 4 bips, 3 infant dresses, 3 swaddle blankets, a book, and a bouncer! Everything was in great condition. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I cannot Express how helpful this place was with our first born. People say kids are expensive but I beg to differ. Everything we got gifted during the baby shower, we used and of course kept clean and looking new and once our son outgrew something or we no longer used it, we would take our things and sell it to OUAC and getting store credit was so clutch. I honestly think all we have ever bought our son out of pocket is diapers at Aldi. They have good inventory and if you need something for travel, like snow jackets, ask them and they will take you to the back.

They had a diverse amount of toys and clothing at great pricing. They also gave me an extra discount on top of the sale that was already going on. The associates were very kind. I don't know what anyone in these reviews is talking about. Will visit again

I only looked at school uniforms. Amazing prices, can't beat them! But they mostly had girls uniforms and barely any boy uniforms. I think I just had bad luck, they have used clothes so they can't predict what they will have. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and the store looked clean and well taken care of.
